On the second floor of a small commercial building (that is, a subdivided room), the door was closed when I went there. No one answered the doorbell. The corridor was stuffy and hot. I waited for 20 minutes. Ctrip's customer service is unprofessional, and told me to go to the front desk (where can I come to the front desk in a guest house with several single rooms in a room). The facilities inside are relatively new and clean, there is no sound insulation to speak of, so it’s okay to just stay for a few hours to sleep (I found out that the same quality is half cheaper than here on Ag***!
