It is near Tuen mun MTR station Then then the hotel is clean and convenient

Bring your own heater. Exhause fan cannot be switched off. You need to wear winter clothes in the room. The rooms are so small, you cannot open your luggage flat. Shower are also no door, water splashed all over the toilet when you take shower.

It’s a spacious twins room for our stay. And it is really clean and the air conditioning is awesome esp it is during the summer time. Definitely I will come back for staycation. It’s best option in Tuen Mun area.

Only stayed 1 night so this might not be the most accurate review of the hotel itself. I can only speak on the room and service I received. The room was okay, there were some areas that should have been swept - single, chose accessible by mistake. But I wouldn’t say it was the designed in the most accessible way. For example the clothing rail was secured to the ceiling, very high up. Someone with a wheelchair or difficulty standing would have a lot of difficulties hanging anything up or even being able to get close enough as there is a table attached which supports the frame of the rail (wardrobe) no way a wheelchair or mobility aid could get close enough. Had somewhat of an industrial loft look overall. I was also given a room with a window that looked upon another wall with windows so that was unpleasant, don’t open the curtains. The lighting was very odd, it’s either have all the lights on or a tiny bed light for your feet or the table lamp that’s too bright. Bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure and heat. But the water when showering gets absolutely everywhere. I can’t imagine this being the most safe for the person they room was intended to accommodate. This was just a quick drop over and I’m aware the hotel has more to offer but I do also believe if it was intended for a specific person(s) then make sure it measures up. I thought the hotel staff would show me to my room but they didn’t, so I wasn’t used to not having that service. Not bad but thought I’d mention.

A week stay just good location . Front desk service quite poor no greeting no thank you, never had this happening in any hotel from this gentleman in glasses . Cleanliness is quite disappointing, full of long hairs on bathroom floor, and stained bath mat .Always giving me corner room without any reason

The lady at the counter was very rude. She mentioned my name don't match my Booking. And demand to see my Booking though my last check in was perfectly OK, just less than 5days ago. She didn't even thank me after confirmation and returned my passport. Super rude. Confirmed, I wont come back again.

The hotel is just 5 mins walk from Tuen Mun Station, very easy and convenient to locate. The room was spacious and clean. Instead of boiling water in the room, there is a glass jar provided which you can fill cold/hot water near the lift lobby, I thought that was efficient and green👍🏻 The snooker🎱 table near the reception was a great touch!! It’s free and no reservation required. We had fun playing🫶🏼

Fast check-in and friendly customer services provided. Facilities available with clean environment as expected and convenient transport service across the town. Will patronize again in future.

I recommend this motel very highly.  This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we will be staying there again.  Very close to all transportation shops and restaurants.

This hotel is by far one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I was allotted a handicapped person room, the toilet took forever to flush, there was no shower, no clear instructions to operate the air conditioner, there was a weird smell coming out from the "so called bed". The bed was so small in size that even a toddler would hesitate to sleep on it. The hospitality was not a pleasure. Never coming back to this place neither would I recommend this to any fellow travellers.

Close to metro station but far from all tourist attractions. Need to ride for one hour wherever you want to go.

The stay is quite cozy. Location is good, nearby the Tuen Mun HKR station. Also close to 2 shopping malls, V City and Tuen Mun Town Plaza. Recommend to stay if you come to Tuen Mun.

Clean place to stay, the staff is very nice too.
