Have a pleasant stay here and is a comfort place although the size is small. Location is strategic just walk few steps to MTR station. A downside of the place is located in a old building and no lobby. Jenny cookies just located upstair.

Good place and value for money though cramped. Can’t really complain, I recommend only if you are on a tight budget

the location is good coz its near mtr., restaurants.pharmacies,...the room is clean. no molds.. blankets and pillows are newly washed, amenities are complete. the staffs were friendly.

The staff transfer us in another room that we did not booked😕 But the owner of the room is accomodating

Small room (window), clean, towels changed each day if ask, hair dryer available, friendly owner, by A21 bus stop at Cameron road (from airport), name is Mirador Mansion. At morning walk a few meters to Bakehouse store (egg tart🤩)

This landlady is ****! And through ctrip which I booked the room from they didn't really have a contact number to her. So I arrived by searching for this place via Google maps, easy enough, but the bad thing with HK is there r no navigational system no NESW directions on the road signs, so u kinda have to guess. Any ways..the room was big enough for a small family, for 1 person it's good but friggin expensive, for a couple yeah u get 1 extra bed for the price I paid...more than 500 HK$ a night. It's so small for the price u have to pay. But that's how HK is...small area and space for a hefty price. The AC was very cold and during summer it's good but have to turn it on the whole night makes the room super cold. The bathroom and shower area is so small u have to squeeze your ass in. Nah if u want a spacious place don't choose this old building with shitty space. Too expensive for the room. Not recommended!!!! Mark my words u will regret it!

Convenient location. Tsim Sha Tsui MTR (exit N5) is just around the corner of the building. Airport bus (A21) is just nearby at the opposite road. You can walk towards places of tourist attractions, shopping and dining. Don’t expect too much from the building itself as it is quite old, it’s not that aesthetic and you might see some creepy crawlers everywhere so better bring some insect repellent lotions….but it is surely an affordable and accessible place to sleep on, as the whole day we are out sightseeing. The owner is a nice local Hong Kong lady and there’s a Filipina lady which is very accommodating and helpful. They provide towels & toiletries, with WIFI access and the room itself is relatively clean in the most humble way they can be. There’s a small pantry outside the room for the guests to use. We left our luggages after we check out to go for some more sightseeing and then come back for it when it’s time to go to the airport by bus A21. Overall experience is worth the price!

Best location right outside TST station, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and pharmacies. Only one lift goes to level 5 but it wasn’t crowded at all. Level 5 itself doesn’t look pleasing to eyes but the doors for Satisfy Guest House unit looks new, they even have Christmas decorations. Ate Shela is super helpful and friendly, cleans the unit and gives new toilet paper roll daily, replaced towels once in our 5n stay (probably could be more frequent but we didn’t request), also provides paper cups, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo and body wash. One night we forgot our key inside the room so we messaged Sarah via whatsapp and she immediately replied and opened the door for us. Overall cleanliness could be better as I saw and killed a few baby cockroaches. No need to turn on aircon as it was super cold at night. Toilet small but manageable and water pressure and heater were good. Overall still recommended if you’re on budget :)

The owner allowed for early check in and she is very accommodating and helpful. The room is clean and tidy and it’s cleaned everyday. Cold and hot water are available in this guest house, plus hot water for shower works very well. The caretaker Filipina lady is also very helpful and suggested me some nice places to visit while in Hong Kong. I will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Ok. Room small. Clean overall. Location great. Easy access

Owner is helpful, will reply WhatsApp message when I need to confirm booking and so. Room is small, but come with strong aircon and bathroom heater supply. For budget wise, it's good enough. Hair dryer is not inside the room, but it's prepared outside the rooms, in public area. You can find free water in public area as well, appreciate that. The building itself is not so crowded, and it's surrounded by many good restaurant / snack shop, near walking distance to K11 Musea and travel hotspot, will recommend this place to those who look for budget stay.

Easy to take the night bus to airport.
