Deluxe double room also got jacuzzi, relaxing. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Like the fragrance in the hotel lobby. Simple breakfast but healthy options more western style. Center of Jordan, 5 mins walk to MTR. Free minibar.

Generally satisfied with my stay. Happy to share that the staffs were all very trilingual (English, Mandarin & Cantonese), polite and helpful. They were pretty efficient with both check-ins and outs, and housekeeping was fast when we feedback that the shower racks were about to drop off. Amenities were pretty good, and given the price point, this hotel probably has one of the largest room by far. Hotel Madera is also very close to Jordan MTR station, exit B2, making all my commute very convenient. Only downside was that the hotel may require some renovation, as there’s quite a bit to wear and tear in the room. Thankfully, general cleanliness is still relatively decent.

The room size is quite small especially the toilet. there are a few eateries around the corner for quick bite if need be. Appreciate that the hotel does provide umbrella to guests which I find this services is so useful during rainy season.

The hotel was located nearby Jordan station and is at a very convenient location for travelling to multiple tourist spots such as the tram, Victoria Harbour and many more. Room was particularly spacious with all the necessary amenities provided. Customer service was very nice too.

The staff are very courteous and professional. They greet us every time they see us walking in or going out. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and will recommend my friends and other family members to stay here. Actually my husband stayed on the 19 May 1-night when he went for his business trip to China.

Very conveniently located which is just steps away from Jordon MTR! Room size is good too.

Good location, friendly staff,cozy room

A nice hotel, but the price is a bit too high for what they actually offer. The room needed cleaning as it was a bit dirty, there are no European type sockets in the room, only USB, Type-C or Hong Kong ones, which is awful knowing you live at the international hotel. The service and breakfast are very good, I really enjoyed it, especially after having Chinese breakfast in other hotels of China where it's impossible to eat anything but boiled eggs

Convenient location. New. Nicely designed. Spacious and cosy enough for a room for 1 adult and 2 kids given that this is HK. Friendly/helpful staff with prompt service. Smart housekeepers. Very impressed with our first experience! Will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit! Only downside is that it does not have a taxi stand and since their entrance is a turn into a street, you will have to either call for a cab or walk out slightly to the main street to grab one.

We bought thru Trip.com for hotel including breakfast, but just don’t understand why in hotel system that it was room only till we gave the proof that the booking including breakfast

Hotel was very clean, cozy, breakfast was amazing, location was very good, staff were very friendly and smiling.

Spacious room with all toiletries provided!! Very clean and cosy!Only disadvantage that is located in the small lane with no shelter and no pick up area for taxi.We were all drained in rain while waiting for taxi to airport!Overall is highly recommended.
