Very dirty, front desk service very poor, have to carry the luggage to upper floor by ourselves.

The hotel toilet bowl very sticky,. The cleaner no wash toilet bowl have blood on the bowl. I put toilet paper on the bowl

First time to stay at the hotel, not cheap but also not expensive. It’s affordable but don’t expect any more extra items from it.

Very good place 😃, convenient place, big apartment very spacious, feel like home, a great refrigerator, near Langham Place, and MK station, excellent location for biz trip

The location is the biggest advantage of this hotel which is situated in the heart of Mongkok. Langham place is 3 mins away. Subway station and numerous places to eat are all nearby. The rooms are bigger than what you expect from a Hong Kong hotel at this price. You do have to climb a flight of stairs before reception desk

Hotel has grrat location and the room spacious enough to accommodate 3 people. Staff are courteous and helpful. On our last day it seemed like like the airconditioning was not that cold although the temperature was tolerable. The only downside is that you have to take the stairs to get to the reception area so it's a challenge if one is traveling with elderly people
