Our 3rd timer staycation here, this is one of our fav top HK Hotel. It is tourist spot, everything is convinient. The space is ok, we comes here for Pool and Tub 💞 coz not all hotels here have pools or bathtubs. Fusion food hall if u dont wanna go out to eat they have all. Clean & Renovated & very afforatble. FRIENDLY HELPFUL PLEASANT STAFF EVERYWHERE 👍👍👍 Will always come again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Room is a bit small but clean Toilet is clean too Towels are clean Sheets smells good and clean I was surprise that they dont provide toothbrush because i wqs there last 2 months ago and they still provide

Really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nice and clean and the location is perfect to explore the city by public transportation and go to airport.

Hotel staffs were friendly. Room was clean. Only thing was, i could hear everything happening outside my room. The sound woke me up early morning.

Preferred choice for my business travel, friendly staff, clean and good location.

It was our second stay at the Eaton, love the energy of the staff and the hotel location is super great, so easy to get around town and find lots of great spots to eat. Would definitely come back on future visits to Hong Kong, highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a great time in Hong Kong.

It’s ok hotel to stay in. The hotel has been renovated. Our room which has been renovation and we can see the new material. Our room however seems small and tight. The four elevators not move us fast enough. We waited long. We also have to wait for the elevators in the outside temperatures. The location is good to walk to several tourist sites. This is an average hotel and nothing special to make me to return

We are very satisfied and so happy that we chose this beautiful hotel really one of the best place near to everything super good food, service and near to everything that every tourist needs We will always come back here

Very convenient and friendly staff ..

Amazing location. The room was great (we got an upgrade though). The only minus in my opinion are the very slow lifts. I would definitely come again.

Very convenient located just opposite you can get almost everything you need. Just walking distance can reached Temple Streets and lots of good food of variety especially YauMaTei nice over all.

Eaton was my traveling partner's 1st choice. The service was pleasant from arrival till check-out. While I did not use any of the in house facilities, I was pleased with what's in the room. The wifi speed was good enough for me (it was right under the dressing table) and guests could easily indicate when they would like their bedding changed (just leave the same note with the stated instructions on the bed). Free daily replenishment of drinking water in a big glass bottle along with mini kettle were among the welcomed conveniences. When checking out, just drop the room cards in a metal box outside the lifts as pleasantly guided by the hotel staff and that's it.

Good place and very good services

A good hotel with excellent location. We stay there for over one week and are offered a late check out at 2pm.
