Comfortable stay, well located too. Perhaps the concierge staff can be a little more friendly but the front desk staffs were amazing. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel and located in a convenient location. It’s close to area of bars, restaurants and the exhibition centre. Would recommend to friends and other travellers.

Great location and very clean and nice. I waited a while for check in due to a customer complaining about a dirty towel and being very rude (not a good start) BUT the front desk staff apologised for the wait and upgraded my room. It was lovely and I’ll be looking to stay again.

Super new furniture and facilities. The room tiny!!! No closet and we had to jump over our bags… I could stay another time just for single occupancy. The toilet tiny too.

Great location in downtown with bars/live music/restaurants all in walking distance. The room was clean, new and the shower/toilet was spacious.

The front desk service is polite with good response, room is clean with good house-keeping, will visit again if stay in HK Island.

I stayed in the room 901. It overlooked some neigbouring buildings and a swimming pool. ✅ The room is stylish, clean and relatively big. Lots of sockets (I counted 8 + 2 for the coffee machine and electric kettle); you can charge via USB, as well. Great water preasure, Grohe fittings. Nice sitting/working area. 📛 Drawbacks: No full length mirror. Well, actually, almost no mirrors at all — only one in the bathroom with a terrible lighting. Windows can't be opened so no fresh air. Incredibly loud and frightening chirping/ticking noise from the wall ethernet outlet. Honestly, I thought it would explode, it was really scary. I asked the staff to fix it while I'd be away, they promised to check everything... But nothing changed. It's the first time I experienced something like this in HK (and I've been to circa 20 hotels).

Everything was clean, and the service for checking in and out was pretty straightforward and convenient. The hotel is also in a very convenient location, but if you are in lower levels of the hotel rooms, you might hear the music from the bars through the room at night.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Hong Kong. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing trip. The price was just right for the quality of service and amenities provided. I especially enjoyed the coffee machine in the room, which was a nice touch for starting my day. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Room was not clean when I checked in. Hair was found on bed and toilet. Mold could be seen on the walls. Will never return again. Journey to and from airport was easy via A11 bus.
