Check-in was fuss-free, and the hotel's location is very convenient with a direct airport bus available. The view from the room was beautiful. However, my only complaint is that the room was not soundproof, which made it a bit noisy at times

Nice seaview and the room is over expectation, not so small. I like the table design which can be used by 2 -3 ppls! Overall satisfy!

This time around i really enjoyed my trip in Hong Kong. The hotel had excellent service, convenient location a few meters away from the metro. I requested a room on higher floors and got the 30th floor with a lovely view of the bay as requested. I will definitely book my next stay in HK at his hotel. Checking out, Maria was helpful they kept out luggage for us and allowed us to freshen up on the 3rd floor before setting off to the train station. Thank you Harbour Grand Hotel for making my stay awesome.

The hotel is big and the room is clean and tidy. The staff are nice and willing to serve us.

It was a good experience. We got an upgrade for free, that was great. The location is good, there are few places nearby to have breakfast.

Not clear enough the bed sheet with dust And the room was a bit old That price was not reasonable with such facilities Restaurant and swimming pool were not bad tho .

Excellent location, especially the 41st floor restaurant and bar, amazing viiews all around. Great stay a the staff were excellent. highly recommend staying here.

Booking tickets was easy and error-free. The itinerary was very satisfying.

5 star stretches it a bit, for example no vanity kit or toothbrush in the room, AC bit noisy, TV old etc. Our room also had the peculiar characteristic of having zero power sockets on the TV side of the room, forcing some rearrangement of the cabinets just to plug in the laptop. All minor details though, comfortable and quiet the Harbour Grand is everything you need for short stay in HK

Come back many times for my business purposes.the staffs are very helpful and upgraded my room. Harbour views really amazing.

Very clean and good location

Many months before our trip, we booked two rooms for a family of four and one infant. We requested the rooms to be next to each other, or at least close to each other. As it turned out, the rooms were 21 floors apart; obviously not on the same floor but not even using the same set of lifts. It made our stay really inconvenient when we went from one room to another. Hope the hotel can be more considerate and empathetic to families travel with infant.
