It’s about 300-400 meter from kun tong metro station. I got upgraded to extra space floor room, unfortunately the room conditions need to be improved.
The air conditioner was just noisy, the room was humid( I even felt my backpack was wet next morning), the breakfast queue was long, took me 20mins for a table, not much to complain about, quite standard breakfasts.
About 8-10 stations to city centre which consider far, and took me about 45mins to reach airport.
I would rather to choose a hotel near city centre in the future with the same price range

Room very small, opening the luggage will block passage way to bathroom. Loved your bathroom slippers with different colour for easy identification. Bathroom and shower door is 2-in-1. Water tends to splash out if closes the entire bathroom room with the door. The bathroom facade is translucent, meaning can see the blurred person showering inside. Not ideal for non couple. Good mountain view from rooms on high floor. Glad to have room 2702. Breakfast was ok. Room price was very ex, SGD220+ per night.

The room are clean and didn't have any issues. The beds are not soft. Food is okay, nothing special.

The location is good, although not near the main attractions (as it cost much more in HK). At least is very near the MTR station, where it is possible to reach everywhere in HK (downtown area in about 30 min/ Airport, Disney and Ngong Ping 360 in about 1 hour). The hotel is very clean and new, has an ok breakfast, the room size is good.

Stayed at this hotel multiple times for business and leisure trips and it has always been great. The room is spacious compared to other city hotels in Hong Kong. The hotel offers nice breakfast as well. The proximity to the metro and APM mall is a definitely a plus. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Day 1 breakfast was ok. It got worse everyday.....
After two days, some moulding corners have become obvious.

Breakfast is rather boring and dull, other than that a good hotel with easy access from airport via bus #A29. MTR is also nearby but, it’s an old industrial area so not the best location. Take the top floor room facing the harbour, the view is better.
