A True Gem in Hong Kong – Exceptional Stay at Hotel ICON
I recently stayed at Hotel ICON in Hong Kong, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. I particularly loved the panoramic views of Victoria Harbour – waking up to that stunning sight was a dream come true. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room’s design and amenities was impressive.
The hotel’s facilities were outstanding. The rooftop pool was a highlight – a serene oasis with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary refreshments.
Dining at Hotel ICON was another standout. The breakfast buffet at The Market offered an incredible variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. I also enjoyed the innovative and fresh dishes at Above & Beyond, which paired beautifully with the stunning view.
The location was perfect – conveniently close to public transport, shopping, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat.
Hotel ICON truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Their commitment to sustainability, personalized service, and luxurious comfort make this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Hong Kong. I can’t wait to return!

Excellent service and thanks for the front desk upgraded the room with full sea view for celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. Great thanks for the birthday card (nice drawing) and cake.
Very good mattress and no disturbance and noise made even if getting on and off the bed at night. Free snacks and drinks. 👍🏻
The only point is a little bit slippery in the bathroom and I accidentally fell and got a little hurt. So we checked out a bit late.

As a usual at the Hotel Icon, this was by far the most satisfied we are with their service. Although the birthday cake surprise was ruined by the staff and the cake was found to be leaning (to be fair, no one checked on the condition of the cake during checkin), the amazing staff named Jonathan Yuen quickly made up for it. He made it his priority to help us find out what caused the cake incident and helped make our stay more enjoyable by providing us with various benefits. The cake and card placed in our room prior to checkout was also an amazing surprise!

The amazing view from the hotel room. Hotel was clean and hotel provide a shuttle bus drop off at Harbour City unfortunately there is no pick up service. It will be great if they do

It‘s my girlfriend’s birthday and I booked for celebration. The room was clean and the bath tub was large. The location is also convenient for travellers. Highly recommend here for your next stay. Special thanks for the arrangement by their duty manager Miss Shui, we got a free upgrade to a suite and a birthday gift and cake for my girlfriend.

We were nicely surprised that upon hearing that we were celebrating our anniversary, the concierge promptly upgraded our room and offered some delicious macarons. It was a memorable moment and we had a wonderful stay a the hotel Icon thank to Ms Vivian Yu

Stayed at Executive club room
I like the breakfast with lots of choices but the cocktail area was not comfortable, the patrons who going to above and beyond keep passbook and the table was to low.

Nothing short of great!!! Definitely an amazing experience. Really attentive staff. Clean rooms. Everything deserves 5 stars. Makes you wish other hotels were like this. Will be staying here again. Highly recommended 10/10z
