All in all, I think there are better hotels to stay. Apartment is really small, which is normal in Hongkong, but I don’t recommend travellers with huge suitcases to stay here as you will not be able to walk after opening just one normal sized suitcase. In terms of toiletries, we were given disposable towels, supposedly eco friendly but I would rather they not cheap out on this for a better experience. Good for a quick night stay as it is very near to the Ho Man Tin train station. Oh one thing to note is that, the hotel is situated in a district where all the surrounding shops sell funeral related products. If you are not comfortable, probably not the best choice.

the room was very small, and the bathroom. Ac was cold. the service is good because they don't have a 24-hour service desk, I checked in past midnight and couldn't get the keys to check in, so I contacted hotel trip.com and responded fast.

Good location, close to subway. Lacks real towels, they have only “environmental friendly” ones which are just big tissues. Other than that it’s fine.

The price-to-condition ratio is quite good. Health and service are OK
Surrounded by residential areas. It's pretty quiet.
But you can hear sounds from next door. A bit noisy. Other than this, I'm quite satisfied

Very close to Ho Man Tin MTR station, and there is bus A22 next to it that can go directly to the airport. It is very convenient to go out and play in the surrounding area during the four consecutive days I stayed there. Safety is also guaranteed. You need to swipe the access control twice to enter the lobby and elevator. There is a gym and laundry room.
