Hong Kong Kowloon City District 4-star Hotels

🤣We have a pleasant 😂stay in this hotel .😂 😇Good: 1. The room is not so big, but it is very clean. 2. The bed cover and pillow cases are without any scent and very white 3. There are free bread and coffee on the 2nd floor of the building for breakfast 4. There are some sports machines in an open area beside the breakfast tables on the 2nd floor . 5. There are washing machines and dryers in the back of the 2nd floor where you can insert the coins if you need to wash the clothes . 6.There is a kettle in the room where you can boil thecwater .I found out the kettle is very clean. 7.The housekeeping staff are very nice. Improvement 😉 1.Some times I call the front desk from the room or outside the whole day ,it is not reachable .They are completely busy 2The reception table is so low and there is a long table where 3 personal work there.It is so open . .Once the other clients showed their passports,I d cards /personal cards that required by the personal ,other clients, and can see them .Lack of privacy . It is good that respect each clients and protect their personal information when registering . 3.I saw one female personal gave the personal documents to the clients, the front of the documents are handed to the clients .The personal is trained to respect the privacy of each clients and faced down the documents to give back the personal documents to the clients . 4.2 to 3 personal have good performance ,the rest reception personal need to be hard working to be trained .As it is by the Regel Hotel .The standard should be much better 😉 Overall the stay in this hotel is satisfactory .

We like sincere services from the staff. From arriving at the hotel, the staff opened the door of the taxi to greet us. Then opened the doors and helped us with our luggage. We feel so welcome.Thank you!

The staff at the hotel were friendly and overall it was ok. They upgraded my room which is kind however the room doesn’t look anything like the photos. It was dark and not particularly clean. It was very old and the toilet would flush itself often in the night.

There are many excellent local food options near the hotel. Although the room is somewhat small, the prthat ice is reasonable. The only problem is that it takes around 10 minutes to get hot water for the shower.

Marco polo hotel is situated in a great location near rhe Harbour but the amenities is not as expected like the swimming pool is a bit small... I was expecting for a harbour view but it looks like the hotel is surrounded with all the towering buildings so dont expect for a great view in the harbour. P.S. Do not take a taxi infront of the Hotel because its a rip off for charging our luggages and toll fee just going to the Northpoint harbour. 400 Hkd for short trip. The room is fine and small since its hongkong. But the service in the breakfast is great though.

Stayed in late December for 5 Nights, booked 2 rooms for the family . I don’t recommend this hotel for tall people. The ceiling is not for International height haha. We thought all rooms have bath tubs but none and toilets are considered small, stained carpets and overall the rooms are badly in need of serious renovation. The persons who cleaned up our rooms are very good, we are grateful to come back to cleaned up room, fresh bed sheets. Their swimming pool remained open. I requested months prior for interconnecting but non available on the day so the front staff arranged adjacent rooms but it turns out it wasn’t adjacent but few rooms father from each other :). We stayed anyway because rooms already paid btw. Hotel has lovely Christmas decorations and you are surrounded with luxurious brands like Rolex, Patek etc but these shops btw have no stocks to offer even if you’ll pay cash so it’s useless. The location is not the best but acceptable. We saw drank men fighting nearby the hotel one night but we just walked straight and did not bother their business :).

We’ve been to many places in Hong Kong but this hotel surpassed them all.  Amazing view.    Great food and amenities.   As a couple, we will definitely be coming here again.   Cordis has our membership.   Thank you for the amazing hospitality.    Your surpassed all of our expectations.   Comfortable bed.   Room service 24/7.   We were in heaven.

We had a pleasant one-night stay at Royal Plaza Hotel as a family. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-located, making it a convenient base for our short trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the high-quality amenities. The beds were comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for us to rest. The location is excellent, being directly connected to the MOKO shopping mall, which offered easy access to shopping and dining. The hotel’s proximity to public transport also made it easy to get around Hong Kong. However, one downside was the noisy air conditioning in our room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably at times. The noise was a bit distracting, which took away from an otherwise pleasant stay. Additionally, while the hotel offers a lot of great features, we did feel it might not be the most kid-friendly option, as there weren’t many child-focused amenities or activities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and Royal Plaza Hotel is a solid choice for a family looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel. Just be aware of the aircon noise and consider other options if you're traveling with younger children.

Have always stayed at Regal hotel whenever I visit Hong Kong. While it's now a bit dated to our current standards, The spacious hotel room, excellent bedding, and location is still top notch! Just right across it is a Tram and its walking distance to Victoria Park, Sogo, Hysan Place, Lee Garden etc. So when staying in Causeway bay, it will always be one of my strong recommendations.

Perfect place to stay for a short trip to Hong Kong. The hotel is very comfortable, with light blocking curtains, good sound proofing and. TheEasy access to and from the airport.
