We booked a suite70 for 4 nights stay. It was pleasant!! The hotel cares every little small details like free pocket wifi for guest to use while in hk. A bose loud speaker, Nespresso machine, twg teabags. We are impressed!!! The location is perfect for shops and restaurants. Will definitely come back again!!!

I love this new stylish hotel! Room is big everything is so nice including the staffs from the bellboys especially the filipino one so helpful and polite always, the front desk officer who is very considerate and helpful to us I forgot to ask for his name but thank you so much for your kind assistance and graciousness for upgrading our room because we arrive so early and we are so tired. The bar Avoca is superp too! So stylish and the drinks and food were fantastic, I want to commend Hazel for being so informative with explaining the menu and drinks so entertaining, and the bartender Rolph you guys are the best! Looking forward to stay again, we had a really great time staying, we had the best sleep we love you bed, amenities, the bathroom, the view is so awesome!!! Everyday our room is so clean and tidy could not ask for more! Will recommend you guys to my friends who’s going to HK. Till next time! :)

First visit and very good experience for the Five star hotel hospitality services , Celine and Lucas both very helpful and professional . Room cleanliness is quite shocking if you accept long hair in bathtub also frayed and stained carpet in room. Is reasonable for the noise facing to road but I encountered many times for some dropping noise along external window. Anyways this hotel is really a five star hotel except the cleanliness and maintenance

The view is wonderful if you take a harbor view, it really changes the experience. The service is great except the check in process, the staff is not enough, plus they let the platinum member in before the other guests so you will have to wait until there are non more platinum… they should have at least ONE PERSON taking care or non platinum members. Location is awesome, go to the top floor bar for a couple of drinks, the view is worth it. I recommend it without doubt

We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

Great location beside Harbour City and Gateway Arcade and only 5 mins to star Ferry. Staff were polite but not overly helpful. We were supposed to have a welcome fruit bowl but didn't. Room was a good size and very comfortable but the electrical fittings are over due for refurbishment. Will use again because of location.

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. The W is conveniently located above Elements mall. Quick 5 min walk to Hong Kong Station MTR and Airport Express and a 15 minute walk to Austin MTR station. It is also a 15 minute walk to the HSR station that goes into China. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

We were checked in to the newly renovated floor. The room is bright. However, the craftsmanship was very ordinary. Everytime I opened the bathroom door, there was a loud noise coming from the ceiling. I found the staff at the reception and concierge extremely friendly and professional. They were always ready to provide advice and assistance.

It’s kind of my hk home before Covid, I have stayed in the same hotel almost 10 years so it’s kind of refreshing experience to stay in this hotel again, since I wanted to see if our company should continue to make the contract and stay there, and the staff is still very friendly and upgrading me to the higher floor corner suite and the breakfast changed to «  à la carte » but still preferred the old way of buffet that you have enjoy all kind of flavor from morning as usually we will be super busy for the fair, no time to eat lunch in the stand. In general, the quality is still good and the room still maintained in a good way, the location is the best for everything close, easy to shop and enjoy the dinner as the is newly opened French oyster bar in front!!!’ We have booked our rooms for next hk fair in March and hope everything will be good!!!

My experience in the Hyatt King Room with Club Access was excellent! The staff was professional and super courteous, answered all the questions I had. The room furnishings were just right, I had a City View room and it was really nice. The bed was firm with give (good for my bad back), and you can just tell everything was chosen with intent. The complimentary breakfast was also just amazing, for the price I paid, I think it was an excellent deal.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the Kowloon Bay Area. Shopping centers are just a quick 5-10 minutes walk away and there are plenty of food choices right outside the hotel. The hotel itself is nice and offers good guest service as you walk in. Maggie Ng was very helpful with my luggage and extremely polite. The rooms are nice, but nothing over the top. The room was clean, spacious and had all toiletries and clean towels provided. The one thing they can add in the rooms are an iron and an ironing table. I did get the smaller room, so it is possible that bigger rooms come with the ironing set. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Empire Prestige Hotels

This is especially important for passengers who need to be quarantined! 👍🏻 Regarding the room, it is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. We live in a suite this time. The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

I am quite satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time. Although the hotel is small, it is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment. The boss also thoughtfully provided an adapter plug. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, which is a convenience. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves barbecued pork rice and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended! Grandpa was very enthusiastic and explained a lot of things to us. The service was 100% perfect. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Hong Kong.

We try one night in Dadal Hotel on week end. But it was totally different what we see in the advertising! First the price was not cheap. We have to paid over HKD 1,000 for one night! We stay with 4 person's room two adults and two kids. The room not big enough and the bath tower are not clean and old. Regarding the service they are not professional and I may say no service at all. Only the location was in center of kowloon that's all. If anyone want to try this hotel must be take time to consideration!!
