The staff are helpful at the front desk. The view from the infinity pool is great but the pool easily get crowded and not so good for swimming laps but good enough to just have some fun and sunbathing in this hot weather. 25/F is a great place to get some coffee and do some reading too. Or else just jog along the promenade. It has been a good experience and I would recommend friends to just stay their for some me time.

I paid extra to have a room with nice view, but when I arrived I saw streaks of dirt on the window that spoiled the whole view. I called the concierge to ask for a room change or to clean the windows, but the concierge said that this dirt is outside of the window and all windows have it so they can’t help me with room change or clean it. Also when I went to the sauna, I was told that the sauna was under renovation and would not work for several days. Next time I will stay at another hotel.

Excellent
KKevinebinStayin at 606 room.
The Room is ok, but the toilet has this some smelly aroma, at first I just ignore it because I only stayin for one night.
And then at Night the smelly aroma went into the room, can’t sleep well cause of the aroma.
Tried to close the toilet door, but it won’t close properly because there’s this long rubber guard on the door that hasn’t been cut properly.
Lastly, the wallpaper inside the room need some proper maintance. Its so worn out already.
DDuskylaneI travel through Hong Kong about four times a year ~January, February, June and August. I used to stay at the Regal at the airport for years but 2021, after COVID, when the Regala Skycity opened I've only stayed there. Service is great, buffet is sumptuous, and the bed is just right for me. They had a new feature when i checked in last month (August, 2024) ~ water thermos that can be filled from the passageway. It's so much better than plastic bottles. And the water was nice and cooling. Highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserIt’s a great stay! Rooms are big enough for the family. Waking up with sea view is amazing the lady in the shuttle bus area is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely going back again to this hotel next time.
MMarianne Alexis AlmedaThis is our top 1 favourite hotel, The room was amazing very clean and spacious, i was expecting to have a complimentary toothbrush but they don’t have it. Thank you for the small cake our celebrant was so surprised and happy, sad part was we didn’t get to enjoy the pool area since the bad weather came. will definitely comeback here again!
AAlston94The room size was great especially in Hong Kong, clean and comfort bed. The front desk staffs not very helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus provided does not cover night time after 7pm, for late check in you need to walk 15 mins from Tai Wo Hou station. Breakfast selection is limited but is still okay.
PPietro MincuzziThe place is cozy and convenient,
The room is also cozy in its minimalist design, with a touch of style.
It is surprising, however, that the room is allowed to be used for anything else than storage because of a pillar in the middle of its 12 m³ or so that limits the possible width of a bet otherwise just very short.
The room was actually clean but I had to fight a cockroach so big that it was even noisy when walking, and if I mention that having lived for 29 years in South China, it means the dimensions of the thing where out of range and made of it more of a pet than a pest.
I am not sure if a gym is available, but the absence of elevator makes for it.
EEvelynOverall is good just that they don’t provide personal care like toothbrush and toothpaste. Toilet gets flood easily after bath, and no extra towel/ floor mat to clean up the mess. Hotel staffs are helpful and professional. We reached at 1pm they immediately checked the room availability and let us check in earlier 👍🏻
RRonaldThe perfect place to relax before entering HK downtown, or after leaving it. It shows signs of the time passed but it is totally OK. Chinese or Western breakfast available. Smack on the beach with an outdoor ground terrace. Super quiet in the evening. It can be reached by bus from Tung Chung bus station or by ferry from HK. Nice walks are to be had too, to hill tops or beaches. HK airport is on the other side of the island, and you can take the Ngong Ping cable car to the big Buddha from Tung Chung. If I get back to HK I will relax in this hotel first.
JJaneth Penilla101percent very clean I like the room very simple but nice ..also the view very nice can see the view of city ❤️ but hope nextime have a personal kit for body hygiene 🪥🪥🪥🪥 but all is very nice 💯
KKrisOur recent stay at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui was a mixed experience, with both positive and negative aspects that shaped our overall impression.
Pros:
Convenient Location: The hostel is strategically located in a lively neighborhood, providing easy access to public transportation and local attractions.
Polite and Friendly Staff: The staff at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui were consistently polite and friendly, contributing to a positive atmosphere during our stay.
Cons:
Noise and Capsule Size: Despite reminders to keep quiet, other guests in this capsule hotel often failed to follow the guidelines, leading to disturbances. The capsules are too small, and the thin mattresses made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. The lack of proper ventilation necessitated opening the capsule door for air conditioning, affecting overall comfort.
Unpleasant Odors: The pervasive smell of mothballs throughout the facility was overwhelming and contributed to headaches during our stay.
Capsule Movement Disturbances: Guests occupying the bottom capsule may experience sleep disruptions due to excessive movement from capsules above, highlighting a design flaw in the sleeping arrangements.
Small and Unsanitary Toilets: The restroom facilities were cramped, not sufficiently clean, and could benefit from improvement. While disposable towels and toothbrushes were provided, the overall cleanliness fell short of expectations.
Disposable Slippers: The disposable slippers provided were criticized for being too small and thin, prompting a preference for wearing socks in the supposedly quiet areas.
Cleanliness Concerns: While generally clean, the hostel could benefit from enhanced cleanliness standards to meet the expectations of discerning guests.
Value for Money:
Considering the price paid for our stay, The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui offered a value that was close to average. However, with several areas requiring improvement, the overall value could be significantly enhanced through better amenities and services.
Conclusion:
The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui provided a close-to-decent stay with room for improvement in various aspects. The convenient location and courteous staff were overshadowed by issues such as noise disturbances, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, unpleasant odors, and cleanliness concerns. With a commitment to addressing these shortcomings, this capsule hotel has the potential to offer a more satisfactory and better value-for-money experience in the future.
