love the location and the room given. love the spacious room and amenities available in the room and in the hotel. i can see the lovely Hong Kong view from the room. the hotel even surprised me with a birthday cake during my stay. I was very touched and I am looking forward to staying with them next time!

The staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful!!! If you have a questiin, they will help you figure it out :-) If one doesn't know, another one will!!! I couldn't have picked a better place to stay...near to everything: the Star Ferry, the subway statoins, the malls, restaurants and cafes! Water for the room everyday...you will need water to stay hydrated for walking to everywhere! I will definitely come back if I can put up with the 16 hours flight time :-( Thank you, Prince Hotel staff especially the concierge staff!!!

The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the room size is acceptable. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. There are all kinds of facilities including food, clothing, housing and transportation nearby the hotel, which can solve many problems for tourists.

The room is very good and the location is very convenient. The only regret is that I didn't book 2 nights in a row. The hotel I booked for the second night was expensive, small and far away. The recommendation index is 5 stars. It would be better if the hygiene could be improved a little.

Excellent service and thanks for the front desk upgraded the room with full sea view for celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. Great thanks for the birthday card (nice drawing) and cake. Very good mattress and no disturbance and noise made even if getting on and off the bed at night. Free snacks and drinks. 👍🏻 The only point is a little bit slippery in the bathroom and I accidentally fell and got a little hurt. So we checked out a bit late.
