GGuest UserBlue sky and white clouds, sunrise and sunset, the beautiful scenery gifted by nature is like a hanging painting. The B&B is perfectly integrated with the sea here. A B&B is a scenery, and a stay is a trip. When the mountains and the sea meet in a fresh B&B, you can feel the nesting of the mountains and the sea, the majestic tranquility, the leisure and leisure, everything becomes so beautiful and appropriate.
The location of the B&B is great. It also has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. The oversized yard should be suitable for company team building, weddings, and friend gatherings. The room faced the sea, was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. Dinner was delicious in the restaurant, and was paired with local Tsingtao beer. . Excellent, highly recommended. .

GGuest UserThe managers welcomed us warmly. We were able to leave our bags at the reception before check-in, as we arrived an hour earlier than the specified time. We were also able to leave our bags after check-out while we walked around before leaving for the airport. The room was clean, slippers and a bottle of water per person were provided. The bathroom had a full set of bath accessories. We were also very pleased that the managers gave us souvenirs from Qingdao upon check-in.
The only downside was that the room was stuffy.

YYigexiaoyonghu-The B&B is next to the observation deck on the top of the mountain, overlooking Qingdao. The environment is very good and quiet. There is free parking and you can get there directly. The location is very good and it is very convenient to travel.
The style is very niche and it looks good for taking pictures. The room is fully equipped with free snacks and drinks, as well as projection equipment, but the network is really not very good. Each room is equipped with 2 Western breakfasts, and the meals are served when people arrive. My husband and I are quite full. I want to come again next time I come to Qingdao~ The owner sister is very beautiful and the service is super good~

HHannah20180This hotel is one of several that have rooms in an apartment complex right next to the airport. We had difficulty finding the right hotel, because the name on trip.com did not match the Chinese name of the hotel. The location on Amap also did not match with the exact location. If you are standing at the main gate to the apartment complex, the hotel office is to the right, near the end of a row of shops/offices (not to the left like Amap indicates). Once we got the right phone number and added the hotel on WeChat, it was easy to find. The room itself was nice and comfortable. The lady on duty drove us to our rooms (it is about a 5 minute walk from the rooms to the front of the apartment complex). They also arranged a free ride to the airport for us at 5:30am the next morning. We never managed to get the Wi-Fi to work, but we didn’t really need it for our short stay. If we had contacted the front desk about it, I am sure they would have helped us solve the problem. Overall, a good hotel to stay at if you need somewhere close to the airport the night before a flight out.

GGuest UserTraveling with friends, I found a random place. I didn't expect the room to be very clean and tidy, and the room is spacious. In comparison, this is the most comfortable place to live. The price is not high, and the environment is quite good.

RRed_bearI think the location of this affordable hotel is excellent, the seashore is close (with the beaches), the metro station and the skyscrapers are nearby, the market is just there to buy food including vegetables and fruits.
I read reviews that claim it's in a bad neighborhood. Not at all. What I saw is that the first building of the street is half abandoned nobody cleans that part of the street and that gives a bad impression. But you can just walk on the other side of the road.
This is the first time that I had a room, not only a bed. I booked a room without a window but the receptionist lady gave me a single room with window.
The room is normal (see photos), there was a mosquito net on the window.
The pillow was hard but it was good to my spine.
The toilet / bathroom was a mixture of a modern toilet and a traditional toilet you can clean up yourself using shower or little bowl.
There was cleaning everyday.
There was a kettle to boil water. I got a very big thermos bottle 2L to store the hot water.
It's easy to find the hotel because there's street number too and many photos show the hotel in reviews.
If the hotel is full the toilet / bathroom can be occupied but there's a park with large plastic flowers on the way to the sea where there's a new large toilet (see photo).
You can use that too.

GGuest UserNice privately-owned hotel in an old building right in the middle of the historical former German district. I enjoyed the stay.
A couple of things you need to realize, though:
1) no supermarkets around. The nearest convenience store is a good 500 meters walk at ”Taipinjiao Park” subway station;
2) no budget restaurants/Western fast food shops. Plenty of fancy overpriced local food restaurants nearby, however;
3) room cleaning is light. They just replace trash bags and towels. No making up the bed or floor mopping;
4) you'll see ants, mosquitoes and an occasional spider in the room, as it's located in a very old Japanese-occupation era building in a garden-like environment. But they warn you about that in the hotel Welcome message. Plus the hotel provides an anti-mosquito pluggable device. Use it.
5) there's a restaurant on premices right in front of the hotel rooms. They play music, but not loud enough to bother me. They close shop at 8pm. There's another restaurant right next door. That one is louder, but even them wind up at around 9pm. So, it didn't bother me...
6) the manager is very much responsive. He sent me a welcome message the day before I checked in, plus the hotel exact location map, so I could find it. The other hotel/restaurant staff are very friendly also.
I enjoyed the stay. Bathing Beach 2 (an old German pivate villas beach) is right next door, so I did plenty of sunbathing and swimming. Fun...

GGevorgThe homestay I recently stayed at had a few drawbacks. While the rooms were generally clean, I couldn't overlook the fact that they were outdated and in need of renovation. The old furniture and paint gave a less-than-pleasant overall impression. It's the kind of place where you're fine for a sleepover, but it's not somewhere you'd want to spend a lot of time in during the day.
P.S. The bathroom badly needs a door.
