優點：地理位置好，如果是春秋冬季，一定更美
缺點：衞生死角很多，例如浴缸下水口有污垢，用濕巾一擦就能掉，主要是打掃不夠仔細
設施：軟裝傢俬品質不高、但好在搭配有品味、一看也是花最少的錢做最高的品質了。
再説説房間內小物件設施，之前有人説衞生紙不好，是拼多多的，確實這是個問題，一包得寶也就三五塊，沒必要省這一兩塊錢。 很多人都説吹風機是戴森的，我希望明白人下次去的時候也留意一下，這個戴森是不是復刻的、反正和我家的不一樣、風力不一樣，聲音不一樣，拿起來手感也不一樣。對於千八百的價位來説，可以做的更有品質。
服務：最後説服務，看評論有人説前台男孩子態度不好，那我倒是沒有感覺不好，衹是自己開民宿的都比較有個性，每個人性格不一樣。不能和星級酒店服務員相比。怎麼説人家都是老闆了，互相尊重就好！

地理位置環境很不錯，雖然上山彎彎繞繞很多路，但是看看風景也是值得的，小哥哥服務態度很熱情，就是衞生間地面跟毛坯一樣，台盆的下水也不流暢，房間內衞生也很一般，兩天住了三個房間第一天是一室一廳有露台，那個露台可以忽略不計所以和一般的大床房房無異，最經典的就是晚上睡覺床上方的吊燈直接掉下來了，好恐怖，雖然小哥哥給我們換了個房間，但是全家一晚上沒怎麼睡好，後來的換那個房間牆粉都掉床上了，可見裝修質量不咋地，還以為新開的會舒適度相對好一點，最後一點就是整個店沒有什麼服務員就基本是小哥哥一個人，也沒有早餐提供吃的都衹能外賣，所以服務和衞生基本就是硬傷，不能光看外表，實用舒適才是王道！

上次在青島老城區閑逛到觀象山頂，看到天文台，想能住在這裏多好，後來發現真的是一家民宿。鬧中取靜，位置無敵，山頂是個小公園，東西南北有無數條小路通往山下，去步行街，便利店，也就幾百米的距離，信號山，天主教堂也在步行範圍內。下山會穿過居民區，經常碰到喂貓的老奶奶，早晨有長者晨練。 房間不算太大，設施比較完善，也挺精緻，還有膠囊咖啡機。不過一些細節還需要改善，房間插排佈線有點亂，網速有點卡。

樓層：3樓
環境：在山頂紫金天文台旁邊，和天文台物理連接在一起。門口右邊是🌊🪖基地，有兵哥哥把手防衞非常酷。
設施：房間內什麼都有，內容超豐富，咖啡機➕戴森吹風機➕古典燒水壺都很贊。
景色：三樓有觀象望遠鏡以及一個小露台可以看到遠方的大海，非常非常非常贊。
整體評價：獵奇、好奇心重、喜歡小眾，熱愛大自然和神祕感覺的小夥伴都可以閉眼沖，基本上商家給的圖片完全符合現實水平，甚至現實水平更好。開車的小夥伴需注意不好停車，旅行出遊真的很贊！（點外賣也非常方便）

所見即所得，房間裝修風格很好，乾淨整潔，有智能馬桶，戴森吹風機，大門有密碼，很安全，注意晚上沒有值班的工作人員，上山路略難走，建議打車出入

房間和圖片一致，稍微有點小，用品很齊全。但老房子的弊端確實太潮濕，會有小蟲子，衞生有待加強～洗澡水不夠兩個人用，需要等一個人用完再等一會兒，這個應該提前告知。房源在山頂，需要爬坡，景色很好。

房間的淋浴噴頭有一個是壞的，另外的一邊水很小。乾濕分離做的不好。還有廁所使用的紙巾感覺像是拼多多買的，感覺同等的價位住酒店還能享受更好的。
服務：前台的小哥是真的等於沒有服務，退房也不會主動詢問。退房後把行李寄存到民宿，回來取行李的時候非常冷淡，感覺與他無關，衹是一個陌生人。也住過民宿都不會這樣服務。
衞生：公共區域使用的衞生間是真的不乾淨，浴缸雖然沒有使用但是赫然幾根不可描述的毛髮還在裏面實在敗壞心情。

這是一個翻新的石頭老房子，可以説是文物啦。酒店設施唯美，雙床房如網頁圖無差別，是韓國窄床搭配東南亞裝修風格。酒店位於山頂，車子可以開到酒店門口的停車場，酒店後面是觀象山公園觀景台（下圖），老闆人好。
