Grand Mercure Yatsugatake Resort & Spa

It was very clean and there were plenty of places for children to play, so we had a great time even in the rain. However, I tried to contact the hotel by phone, but I was told that I couldn't get through after 6:00 p.m. and that chat was not available at the time, which made me a little worried. I was also surprised to be charged again at check-out, even though I had paid in advance on the website. The amount was also different from the amount on the website, which was confusing.

Superb under the snowy mountains, one parking and two, Japanese dinner, Western breakfast can be selected, the room opens the window to see the scenery, like the promotional film, the starry sky is fate, the hot spring is also very good

The room is average, simple like a business hotel. I was disappointed with the Hoshino. There was no one in the lobby, few waiters, and a long queue for breakfast. The so-called commercial street has few businesses. The hot spring is outdoors, which is terrible when it rains. You have to wear clothes to soak in the hot spring. It may be more suitable for Japanese families. It is very noisy, there are many children, and the sofas in the lobby are shabby.
