One mistake ruined a fun family trip. The hotel service and staff are excellent. I think I was able to stay comfortably. However, as a result of the lack of confirmation of food allergies that I requested twice in advance, my daughter suddenly changed her physical condition after the appetizer for dinner. Transported to Yamanashi prefectural Central Hospital by ambulance. I was able to return to the hotel during the day, but the bath was prohibited and breakfast was not available the next morning, and the hotel stay was coma. I couldn't get dinner and breakfast, so I received a refund request, but why did I come to the resort and be carried by ambulance, and instead of refreshing, I got tired. I don't understand that the accommodation fee is taken exactly. Half of the stay time is an ambulance. The energy and physical strength were cut off, and the schedule was changed the next day, and it came home early. I want the hotel to understand that one confirmation leak has ruined my family's summer vacation.

施設の問題なのでどうにもなりませんが、下の階や廊下の音がよく響くのでゆっくり休むにはちょっと気になると思います。デスクライトやベッドライトはないので部屋の電気を壁のスィツチで消すと困ります。ツィンの部屋でスイッチのある壁側ではないベッドを使う場合(エコのため一つだけにするよう要請あり)、携帯の灯りを頼りにするほかなくなります。

The room is average, simple like a business hotel. I was disappointed with the Hoshino. There was no one in the lobby, few waiters, and a long queue for breakfast. The so-called commercial street has few businesses. The hot spring is outdoors, which is terrible when it rains. You have to wear clothes to soak in the hot spring. It may be more suitable for Japanese families. It is very noisy, there are many children, and the sofas in the lobby are shabby.

彼氏の誕生日を祝うためこのホテルに宿泊させていただきました。誕生日ケーキをホテルに届くようにしたく、メールでやり取りさせていただきましたが、すぐに返信していただき安心することができました。従業員の方も優しい方でした。ホテルは今まで泊まったホテルの中で1番でした。部屋も広く、落ち着く木の造りで、なにより露天風呂が最高でした。朝は部屋に持ってきてくれたので2人でゆっくりと食べることができてよかったです。クロワッサンがサクサクで、フルーツは新鮮で美味しかったです。友達にもおすすめしようと思います。ありがとうございました。

I always use it for the Yatsugatake Endurance Tournament held at the next Equestrian Stadium. It's helpful because you can walk early in the morning. It is a pension with a cat. ❗ irresistible for cat lovers.
