I had a very pleasant stay at Son Trang. It’s a small hotel (12 rooms) which is clean and well located. Five minutes walk to the ancient centre or the river. There is no pool or breakfast here. Wi-Fi was very fast, room decorated nicely , bed comfortable. The best thing about the place is the excellent staff who are friendly and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend it. Great value for money.

Room was ok. No strange smell. Basic travel disposable provided. Water pressure great. AC working well. Pool is at back of hotel, provided some privacy Vs those that have the pool right outside. Great for chilling in the hot weather. Overall nice place. Free bicycle provided to roam around. Near the happening area, within walking distance but not too near so can have a quiet rest at night. Staffs are friendly and offered help proactively.

Room and pool cleaning, garden maintenance, etc. are well done and you can relax. Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! The hotel is great value for money and have many amenities. Bicycles are free for use. Dores helped us a lot and kept our luggages safe after our check out and before our returning in late afternoon, and she also allowed us to use the shower facilities even after checked out.

The new hotel is just across the bridge from the old town. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Because it is separated by a bridge, the hotel is relatively quiet. The hardware facilities are clean and tidy, and the staff are kind and helpful. There are also bicycles for free rental, and you can experience the beauty of the ancient city from different angles.

I like this hotel very much. The hotel is very new and the decoration style is unique and exquisite. The presidential suite I stayed in this time had 3 small balconies. The hotel butler will also personally introduce the room and hotel facilities. The most important thing is that the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. At this price, you can only stay in ordinary rooms in 5-star hotels in China! I will definitely come again if I have another chance.

-Facilities: There is everything there, and the water in the swimming pool is quite clean, but swimming in December is too cold for Vietnamese. Only a group of Vietnamese in North Face watched us swim.

a. A battery car with a fixed time takes us to the bridge next to the ancient city. You can also rent a bicycle by yourself, but it ’s either the chain or the car seat is faulty. Do n’t ride, it ’s easy to fall off the river or die in Vietnam.
b. There is fresh fruit for breakfast, but the flies keep flying on it, and the waiter cuts a fresh one. The waiter says yes, and then he is off work.

We enjoyed a lovely Christmas at Wyndham Garden Hotel! Our rooms were clean and beautifully presented - and the breakfast was generous and varied. All of the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The Christmas Eve Dinner was delicious and we were entertained by live music and a Vietnamese coffee-making class, plus some sweet carol singing. We didn’t use the spa, as we were busy sightseeing in beautiful Hoi An, but the staff there were so kind and communicative in their own right! Although the beach area near the hotel is a little scruffy in the winter (it also probably suffered during the pandemic), Hoi An itself is absolutely stunning and one of my favourite places in Vietnam. I would imagine the beaches will be lovely again by the time the summer arrives. Hoi An Old Town is around 10 minutes drive away and A Bang Beach around 5 minutes. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Probably the one of the best hotels in hoi an ancient town area.... Rooms have the one of the best sea views.... Linen, towels are all Italian made soft as babies cheek, and grand king size comfy beds..... Staffs were wonderful... Many free activities within the property... Especially for kids they would love it....
****** area with their 24hrs open michilin standard restaurants were just wow.... Try the noodle only restaurant..... Spa was spectacular, sauna, jet jacuzzi, steam, swimming pool all are included in room... Must stay hotel if you are in hoi an.. But don't ****** too much....
Breakfast was the yummiest ever, widerange of choices, baking section was like as if I was in streets of Paris... Awesome food...

MMumuyiI like this place very much, Treasure Hotel. I felt that staying for 2 nights was too little. The hotel upgraded me to a river view room for free. The breakfast was very rich, including freshly fried poached eggs, boiled eggs, and chicken rice noodles. This is the hotel. The restaurants inside are cheaper than eating out. The quilts and beds in the hotel are very comfortable. There are many free shuttle buses to Hoi An Ancient Town every day. At such a price, you can only get this kind of treatment and service with a minimum of 1,500 yuan in China. ! ! Bring your family over for vacation next time,

MmmmiloWe had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw.
P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water.
Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

I recently stayed at the Tran Family Hostel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and I had a wonderful experience. The hostel staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in organizing trips to My Son and Hue, which went smoothly without any issues. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor swimming pool.
The location of the Tran Family Hostel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the vibrant streets of Hoi An. The hostel's proximity to various attractions, markets, and restaurants allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
The rooms at the Tran Family Hostel are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The highlight was the super comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodation were also commendable.
One of my favorite amenities at the Tran Family Hostel was the outdoor swimming pool. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and cool off during hot Vietnamese afternoons. The pool area was well-maintained and added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay.
All in all, my time at the Tran Family Hostel was fantastic. The staff's assistance in organizing trips to My Son and Hue ensured a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. CCataFerGoWe stayed at Hao Anh Villa for 3 nights and it was a very nice and smooth stay.
- Staff: very nice and helpful people that can speak good english;
- Room: Very good! Clean (they clean it everyday), spacious and comfortable. The only con were the mosquitos. We found a lot of them in the first day (probably because they left the door open during the cleaning period), but after that it was ok.
- Amenities: The pool is nice and clean as well as the surrounding area, with some deck chairs and tables. You can also find power outlet nearby the pool which is very helpful if you want to work from there.
- Location: Good! Close to Hoi A city center (25 min walking or 10 min. by bike - the hotel lend them for free). Close to a lot of local restaurants, mini markets and stores. If you want to avoid the crowd from city center and still be close to it, it is a good choice.
- Breakfast: ok, nothing special. Basically 2 eggs, 1 slice of bread and a drink (you can also choose noodles), but good enough to wait until lunch time.
- Internet: great even inside the room. Perfect for working.
You will notice that you’re in a guesthouse because probably the staff will make too many questions or maybe they will enter your room without knocking (it happened multiple times). If you’re ok with that (we felt it kind of funny), we totally recommend it and for sure you will enjoy your stay.

TTraveling TanI recently had the pleasure of staying at Vinci Villa Hoi An, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff at Vinci Villa went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even going out of their way to remember my name throughout my stay. This personalized touch made me feel like a valued guest, and it truly enhanced my overall experience.
The room I stayed in was awesome. I opted to have breakfast in the old town most days, however I noticed a number of guests enjoying breakfast at the hotel. One of the standout features of Vinci Villa is its magical location. It’s situated within walking distance of Hoi An’s Old Town. The old town is surrounded by enchanting streets, ancient buildings, and a vibrant atmosphere. The convenience of being within walking distance to many of the city's attractions and popular landmarks allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local culture and experience the charm of Hoi An. I would definitely go back if I was ever in Hoi An again!
Be aware that Grab can’t come into the lane, so you’ll need to order your car from the main road.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for a couple of nights, as a family. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool (a bit small but understandable given the location) was very refreshing after a long day of walk. The hotel offers great service for the guests - we were able to book a tour for the following day, and we managed to do this after 9 PM in the evening - the service at the reception was impeccable! Breakfast is all that one would need - recommend to try the specialty coffees (egg coffee, coconut coffee, salted coffee). They come extra but they are SO good! The place is walking distance from the river and this gets very animated in the evenings. All in all, great stay and highly recommended.

AAlex EHighly recommend staying here, especially for the price. Our host, Hoang, was fabulous and couldn’t do enough to help us. We meant to stay for 3 nights but stayed for 5 as we were so happy there. It’s clean, by Vietnam standards, and is made up daily. Only a 10 minute walk from the river and old town. Can’t wait to visit again!

GGuest UserThe hotel was good but not excellent. Two of us stayed for a month. Room and bathroom were fantastic large size with balcony. It was also nice having a bathtub. The bed was huge and super comfortable. The pool is amazing and the garden and grounds are pretty, although a bit messy and unkept in places. The front of the property was being updated with paving stones, benches and an allotment garden was being planted. I imagine it will look great once finished. Free bikes was a real bonus and we used them almost every day. Staff were helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff did a great job. Really just the breakfast lets it all down. It’s pretty inconsistent and can be good on some days and bad on others. Coffee sometimes cold or bread stale. Just small details but irritating if staying long term. The early and limited time for breakfast is a deal breaker for us and therefore it’s unlikely we’d book again. 7-9am for breakfast is just too early when on holiday! Everyone turns up in the last few minutes and it all feels rushed and not relaxing. Good having a gym, albeit basic and in need of upgrading.

GGuest User My second visit to this hotel again within 10days, 1st visit was in October and everything was perfect and this 2nd trip (November) there’s a water trapped faulty in the shower room, room door is a bit not in good condition and the channel reception, TV remote control not functioning well , and here comes another staffs Mr Thuong (Bellman cum Security) together with maintenance staff come to rectify the issue, subsequently Front Desk Receptionist Ms Phuah Thi Hong Hanh called me and asked if I need to change to another room , well I told her if they can solved the issues in my room I’ll just remain to the same room . I’m so pleased the hotel really take care of their hotel guests as the next following day , Ms Phuah has prepared new room to me for room change although I never ask for it because the issues has been solved on the spot. Thank you and appreciate! Initial part was tempted to try other 4-5 stars hotels with much better facilities and great rate on room rates within the vicinity but end up I still choose back Le Pavillion because Front House staffs are extremely helpful , friendly and genuine warm welcome us home, here I really wants to compliment Mr Vo Van Tri (Bellman cum Security) whom doesn’t speak much English but he knows and understands what I need , whenever I walk out from the hotel entrance he will approached me and ask if I need hotel bicycle to get to my destination. Will definitely choose the same hotel again for my next trip .

-Room is well-furnished makes me feel relaxing, peace, comfortable and feel like home.
-Most importantly, the hotel staffs are the “Gems” of this hotel. Very friendly and attentive to their guests in house.
