Nice comfortable hotel in a good location just 5 minutes from the center of Hoi An canal district. The room was comfortable as was the bed. You had to choose one dish for breakfast and one drink the night before. Anything extra was charged! That was not really a problem but I prefer a buffet style. It was good value for money with exceptionally friendly staff. One suggestion would be a shelf or soap dish in the shower. All shampoo and soap was placed on the floor!

We stayed here for a couple of nights, as a family. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool (a bit small but understandable given the location) was very refreshing after a long day of walk. The hotel offers great service for the guests - we were able to book a tour for the following day, and we managed to do this after 9 PM in the evening - the service at the reception was impeccable! Breakfast is all that one would need - recommend to try the specialty coffees (egg coffee, coconut coffee, salted coffee). They come extra but they are SO good! The place is walking distance from the river and this gets very animated in the evenings. All in all, great stay and highly recommended.

Such a great place to stay if visiting the city. Friendly staff who will help you book experiences, and are welcoming once you walk in. If you need any recommendations for shops and food they have great advice as well. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Will definitely rebook again on a next visit

This was overall a very nice stay. Situated in a main street of Hoi An, the beaches +/- 3 km distance and central old town 1,2 Km. Staff very friendly, good spacey room, the equipment all good, Tv with movie channels and foreign news. Bathroom good. Nice little pool, good breakfast buffet. Gym very small.
Overall a 8+ (I had an extremely good deal, if I consider price quality it was a 10)

The new hotel is really great. First of all, the design of the hotel room makes us feel that it echoes the fusion of the ancient town of Hoi An and modernity. In addition, we like the faucet design and copper texture of the bathroom very much.
The location is a short distance from the ancient town, and it is relatively quiet at night, which we think is very good. Moreover, the hotel also provides free bicycles, allowing us to freely shuttle around the ancient town and feel the simple atmosphere of Hoi An.
The service staff at the hotel are really nice. They immediately provided us with warm ginger tea when we checked in. Moreover, the hotel also provides one free cocktail per person. We drank it very happily by the pool. Their freshly cooked pho for breakfast is really delicious. The hotel receptionists are great, especially Lucy who will ask if she is still used to the taste. She is very considerate. Although we encountered some problems during our stay, the hotel staff were very proactive in helping us deal with them and allowing our journey to continue smoothly. If we have the chance to go to Hoi An again, we will still choose this hotel.

-Facilities: There is everything there, and the water in the swimming pool is quite clean, but swimming in December is too cold for Vietnamese. Only a group of Vietnamese in North Face watched us swim.

a. A battery car with a fixed time takes us to the bridge next to the ancient city. You can also rent a bicycle by yourself, but it ’s either the chain or the car seat is faulty. Do n’t ride, it ’s easy to fall off the river or die in Vietnam.
b. There is fresh fruit for breakfast, but the flies keep flying on it, and the waiter cuts a fresh one. The waiter says yes, and then he is off work.

Really beautiful resort! Exceeded my expectations. Breakfast buffet was really good, I was honestly impressed. I wish the bar and convenience store took card, but the fact that there was even a 7/11 there was great. Was about 15 mins away from old town which was around 35000+ dong by grab bike. Pool and beach were beautiful. Rooms were clean and looked like pictures. Friends also had a great time, would visit again!

Since I was going on a family trip, I looked into resorts.
Every time I opened my eyes in the morning, I was happy with the scenery outside.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast wasn't bad as it had Korean food.
However, since taxi drivers are very confused with Vinpearl Resort Danang branch, it would be more accurate to capture the hotel address and send it a photo when requesting a massage shop or pick-and-drop... The drivers dropped me off incorrectly twice, so I spent a lot of time going back and forth. It took...
Next time I come with friends or my boyfriend, I think it would be better to stay in Da Nang. It's located a bit further inside Hoi An, so ordering Grab or delivery food costs a lot of money, and there aren't many restaurants nearby...
Nevertheless, if I visit Da Nang again with my family,
I think I will visit this resort without hesitation :-)

Hotel rooms are very nice, modern and clean. The resort is very large and beautiful ^^ The staff are enthusiastic and friendly and take care of customers very well. After I got sick, the clinic next door came to take care of my medicine and orange juice and texted me to ask about my health even though I had left ^^ Thank u for making my trip enjoyable ^^ 💕🥰💕💕🥰 The breakfast buffet was delicious but Hong da is very diverse, I ate at Blend restaurant there, the food is delicious and the service is very attentive ^^

GGuest UserThe new hotel is just across the bridge from the old town. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Because it is separated by a bridge, the hotel is relatively quiet. The hardware facilities are clean and tidy, and the staff are kind and helpful. There are also bicycles for free rental, and you can experience the beauty of the ancient city from different angles.

MmmmiloWe had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw.
P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water.
Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

AAnonymous UserI like this hotel very much. The hotel is very new and the decoration style is unique and exquisite. The presidential suite I stayed in this time had 3 small balconies. The hotel butler will also personally introduce the room and hotel facilities. The most important thing is that the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. At this price, you can only stay in ordinary rooms in 5-star hotels in China! I will definitely come again if I have another chance.

I recently stayed at the Tran Family Hostel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and I had a wonderful experience. The hostel staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in organizing trips to My Son and Hue, which went smoothly without any issues. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor swimming pool.
The location of the Tran Family Hostel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the vibrant streets of Hoi An. The hostel's proximity to various attractions, markets, and restaurants allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
The rooms at the Tran Family Hostel are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The highlight was the super comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodation were also commendable.
One of my favorite amenities at the Tran Family Hostel was the outdoor swimming pool. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and cool off during hot Vietnamese afternoons. The pool area was well-maintained and added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay.
All in all, my time at the Tran Family Hostel was fantastic. The staff's assistance in organizing trips to My Son and Hue ensured a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. GGuest UserThe Delicacy Hotel was a delight to stay at. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and very helpful with anything you need to know etc. They recommended and then booked a great snorkeling day trip for us with Tiger Fishing boat for my 80 year old mother and myself knowing that my Mum (we are from Australia) was very fit and well and could do the trip. Mum had her 80th birthday when we were there and they gave her a little cake at breakfast and made a beautiful homemade card and envelope which was lovely for us all. The variety of food at breakfast was great and they have a chef ready to cook your eggs anyway you wish. The swimming pool was large and a very good temperature and the Deluxe Twin Room with Pool View we stayed in was a very good size with a bath separate to the shower. As the hotel was only built in Dec 2022 the TV was large and very good quality, and the furnishings were very nice. The only recommendation we have is that they put a soap and soap dish in the bathroom but that is only minor as they did have soap wash. The mocktails were fantastic with a big variety. I can highly recommend the Rooftop Delight (I think that was the name but it had lychee and mango puree and something red (berries maybe?)) Mocktail as it was thick and luscious and at Happy Hour I was happy to get 2 for the price of one. Really enjoyed my conversations with Sarah, Chloe, Victor and Lisa at the front desk and Emma and Anna in the restaurant and everyone remembers your name so it feels very personal and a special place to stay.

CCataFerGoWe stayed at Hao Anh Villa for 3 nights and it was a very nice and smooth stay.
- Staff: very nice and helpful people that can speak good english;
- Room: Very good! Clean (they clean it everyday), spacious and comfortable. The only con were the mosquitos. We found a lot of them in the first day (probably because they left the door open during the cleaning period), but after that it was ok.
- Amenities: The pool is nice and clean as well as the surrounding area, with some deck chairs and tables. You can also find power outlet nearby the pool which is very helpful if you want to work from there.
- Location: Good! Close to Hoi A city center (25 min walking or 10 min. by bike - the hotel lend them for free). Close to a lot of local restaurants, mini markets and stores. If you want to avoid the crowd from city center and still be close to it, it is a good choice.
- Breakfast: ok, nothing special. Basically 2 eggs, 1 slice of bread and a drink (you can also choose noodles), but good enough to wait until lunch time.
- Internet: great even inside the room. Perfect for working.
You will notice that you’re in a guesthouse because probably the staff will make too many questions or maybe they will enter your room without knocking (it happened multiple times). If you’re ok with that (we felt it kind of funny), we totally recommend it and for sure you will enjoy your stay.

AAlex EHighly recommend staying here, especially for the price. Our host, Hoang, was fabulous and couldn’t do enough to help us. We meant to stay for 3 nights but stayed for 5 as we were so happy there. It’s clean, by Vietnam standards, and is made up daily. Only a 10 minute walk from the river and old town. Can’t wait to visit again!

GGuest UserThe hotel was good but not excellent. Two of us stayed for a month. Room and bathroom were fantastic large size with balcony. It was also nice having a bathtub. The bed was huge and super comfortable. The pool is amazing and the garden and grounds are pretty, although a bit messy and unkept in places. The front of the property was being updated with paving stones, benches and an allotment garden was being planted. I imagine it will look great once finished. Free bikes was a real bonus and we used them almost every day. Staff were helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff did a great job. Really just the breakfast lets it all down. It’s pretty inconsistent and can be good on some days and bad on others. Coffee sometimes cold or bread stale. Just small details but irritating if staying long term. The early and limited time for breakfast is a deal breaker for us and therefore it’s unlikely we’d book again. 7-9am for breakfast is just too early when on holiday! Everyone turns up in the last few minutes and it all feels rushed and not relaxing. Good having a gym, albeit basic and in need of upgrading.

GGuest User My second visit to this hotel again within 10days, 1st visit was in October and everything was perfect and this 2nd trip (November) there’s a water trapped faulty in the shower room, room door is a bit not in good condition and the channel reception, TV remote control not functioning well , and here comes another staffs Mr Thuong (Bellman cum Security) together with maintenance staff come to rectify the issue, subsequently Front Desk Receptionist Ms Phuah Thi Hong Hanh called me and asked if I need to change to another room , well I told her if they can solved the issues in my room I’ll just remain to the same room . I’m so pleased the hotel really take care of their hotel guests as the next following day , Ms Phuah has prepared new room to me for room change although I never ask for it because the issues has been solved on the spot. Thank you and appreciate! Initial part was tempted to try other 4-5 stars hotels with much better facilities and great rate on room rates within the vicinity but end up I still choose back Le Pavillion because Front House staffs are extremely helpful , friendly and genuine warm welcome us home, here I really wants to compliment Mr Vo Van Tri (Bellman cum Security) whom doesn’t speak much English but he knows and understands what I need , whenever I walk out from the hotel entrance he will approached me and ask if I need hotel bicycle to get to my destination. Will definitely choose the same hotel again for my next trip .
-Perfect location for walking into old town and close to night markets.
-Room is well-furnished makes me feel relaxing, peace, comfortable and feel like home.
-Most importantly, the hotel staffs are the “Gems” of this hotel. Very friendly and attentive to their guests in house.
