Angel Garden Villa

Loved our stay. Treated ourselves to a larger room with spa bath and own balcony. Every little thing to make your stay comfortable was there. Fabulous cooked to order breakfast, beautiful fresh locally grown hand picked fruit. No question or request was too much trouble. Bed linen and towels great quality. Our host Hai was always on hand and always smiling. A well stocked supermarket a few minutes away, eating places frequented by locals an easy 5-10 minutes away as was the beautiful beach just across the main road. Easy and cheap for Grab car to and from Hoi An. Book a car through Hai for a quick transfer from the airport. We loved it and as Angel Villa is small it had a lovely intimate quality to it. We will be back.

Such a lovely place with an excellent manager. Peaceful- great rooms. Free bikes - great for the beach and easy grab car into town. Wonderful home cooked breakfast and so welcoming and friendly. We loved it. Perfect place to relax and just sit around and drink tea!

Booked this hotel last minute with my boyfriend. We were blown away with how lovely the rooms are and how attentive the owner Brian is. There’s a couple of restaurants and a mini mart just a minutes walk away ( mates restaurant was brilliant) and free bike hire from the hotel as well. I’m so glad we didn’t book a hotel in the centre of hoi Ann as this place ticked all the boxes. We even extended our stay by an extra night because we loved it here so much!! Very cute hotel with everything you need. Very good quality price/ratio and amazing owner. He catered to all our needs, gave us advice. Nice and clean rooms. A lot of services (motorbike rental, laundry, bar, breakfast). 10 min from everything by bike/car.

Lovely boutique hotel with charm and character. Ground floor is open and airy, with pool in the middle, sheltered from the fierce sun. The rooms are a decent size, very clean, with the most comfortable beds and pillows that we have experienced on our travels - wonderful! Ground floor rooms have shower and bath, first and second floors have shower inside with jacuzzi outside on little terrace. Highly recommended treating yourself to the jacuzzi rooms - the water temp is refreshing (but not cold), perfect for cooling you down after a day at the beach or touring the ancient town. The hotel is located close to the lovely beaches, but about 15 minutes’ tuk-tuk drive from the ancient city. You really have to choose proximity to one or the other. When you first arrive at the hotel it feels a little out of the way, but a short walk to the end of the road reveals about 10 or so restaurants and bars, plus some shops for essentials. They are fine, but much better to travel in to the ancient city for evenings. The closest public beach is 3 minutes’ walk from the hotel. The beach is small but clean, nestled between two private resorts. There are a couple of local vendors on hand to rent you deck chairs and a parasol and from whom you can buy refreshments. Alternatively, a 10 minute walk will get you to Cua Dai hidden beach, which has a few more facilities. However, I recommend walking 5 minutes further to Cua Dai beach, which has a nice selection of bars, restaurants that provide free loungers and parasols provided that you buy meals there (or pay VND 200k just to rent one). Special mention to Hai Nguyen (Brian) who runs the place- he’s a lovely person and so very helpful. Not sure when he finds time to rest, he seems to do everything here and always with a big smile. Great place, would certainly come back.
