Nice little hotel in quite area but only a couple minutes walk to everything Hoi An has to offer. The staff was great, very helpful, friendly, and nice to talk with. They really made the stay special. The owner also owns the hotels on both sides of this one. Highly recommend it.

Firstly thank you very much to the owners of this great little hotel. We recently stayed here for 5 nights with two teenage girls in an inter-connecting room. The room was very clean and a perfect layout. There is a great little pool at the hotel and the hotels location is perfect for exploring the old town and night markets on foot. So many shops, restaurants and street food options within a few hundred metres. The tours recommended by the staff/owners at the hotel were all very good and each received a 5 star rating from us. We also hired bicycles through the hotel that we used to explore the surrounding villages / farms and to ride to the beach. And finally and most importantly we would like to mention that the staff and owners of this hotel are very friendly, professional and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Lovely little hotel/homestay next to the old town. Rooms are comfortable and we had 2 connecting rooms for our family of 4. Nice little pool that the kids had lots of fun in. The best thing about this place are the hosts Vi and Vin. We arrived at night and they were super accommodating and took us to get banh mi and made sure we felt comfortable. They spoke great English and couldnt do enough for us. Super friendly people! I would visit this place again just for their hospitality and care. The whole stay felt very welcoming and honest. The place has a great location to away from the hustle but still very close to walk to everything.

Stayed for 4nights at double room ground floor near to small pool Pros: Location very near night market Hoi An few mins walk Very accommodating and helpful staff, special thanks to Ms Vy and Ms Han for their hospitality. She explained tours available and what to do at Hoi An with recommendations. Booked tours from them Bana Hills and cooking tour at reasonable price. Had private transfer from them at 350k vnd from danang airport. Delicious and freshly prepared breakfast with fruit platter Located at quiet place near river but at hidden alley hence more privacy Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and alot tv channels and comes with youtube too Cons: Have to take note of cleanliness as I found few strands of hair on bedsheet underneath pillow. Not sure bedsheet was changed from previous guest…. Shower room clean… The room smells a bit damp and moldy might be from-the pool next to it Overall satisfied with my stay and it was the staff service above average! Please take note of cleanliness and room smell.

Competitively priced, well located, well furnished, good value. Very hospitable hosts who offer 9 nicely appointed rooms in a chic looking purpose built villa with small central boutique pool. They provide a convenient transportation option to/ from Da Nang city or airport directly to this site. As the name implies, this villa is close to the Hoi An night market (just across the bridge from the old town). Stacks of food, refreshments, entertainment venues within a few hundred metres. Very nice stay and look forward to coming again

I stayed 3 nights at the Night Market Villa while scuba diving Cham Island off of Hoi An. Lee and Vi were my hosts and they were fantastic! Vi made breakfast in the morning. Good English spoken. Clean room, hot water and good AIrCon. It’s hot 🥵 July in Hoi An (Hotter than Florida!) and the small pool was refreshing because only a portion got full sun. Very close to everything. They provide transit from DaNang airport for a very reasonable fee. Definitely will stay there again!
