Comfortable and friendly. Good location, with good cafe and place to eat nearby away from the more expensive old town. Old town short walk away.

Very reasonably priced and in a great location. Walking distance to everything Hoi An has to offer. Great room, very clean with all the essentials including a fridge. Run by sweet family. Highly recommend.

Best house in Hoi An! Thant is so friendly and warm, it was like being at home in my own place! We could use the kitchen for free if it was a little or help with bills if cooking a lot, plus the room was in the best location just 300 meters from the old town so that it was quiet enough to work but close enough to enjoy the old town. The room prices were so reasonable considering the cost of hotels in the area, plus there are some really great restaurants close by for reasonable prices. I strongly recommend visiting this home and enjoying the local juices just a few doors down by the river. Friendly and trusting family, will stay again.
