Hotel provides free bicycles for guests, it comes very handy as walking to old town take at least 20 minutes.

I was quite impressed with the personal touch during check-in when the receptionist took time to explain the places of interests in Hoi An for all first time visitor. The room I got was beautifully decorated, clean and I enjoyed the bathtub. Just that u gotta bring your own bath bomb for the tub :) I also particularly like the balcony view. The hotel is located at a quiet corner and the old town is just around 10 mins walk away or you can cycle there with the hotel bikes. I really enjoy my stay in this hotel alot. Thumbs up.

Everything was brilliant. We had the hotel do two way airport transfers which was good value and very efficient. Our room was very nice, large and very tidy. The breakfast was good and Staff are super helpful. The location is also very nice not on a busy street but close enough to everything

It was great to be able to relax in a quiet location a little away from the crowds. The sounds of chickens crowing and dogs barking in the early morning are also memorable.
It was also great to be able to enjoy authentic and excellent Italian food at Cobb, an Italian restaurant run by a Japanese owner and chef, located nearby.

The service, rooms, facilities, and food are all excellent.
Especially the customer service was outstanding.
Hoi An itself is also recommended, and if you go to Hoi An, this hotel is recommended.

My experience at the hotel was absolutely amazing. Hotel is tastefully decorated, rooms and bathrooms are big, comfortable bed. It is very clean. The staff are fantastic, they go out of their way to help you and to ensure that your experience at the hotel is the best. The restaurant staff, the reception staff the cleaners are all vey kind, helpful and they all serve you with a beautiful smile. The breakfast are the best, there is something new every day so you do know get bored. A mixed of traditional Vietnamese food and westerners. Great pool and of course cocktails. I also got my clothes to the laundry in the last minute and got it back within 3 hrs. Totally impressive. We also noticed with my friends that the staff seem to be kind towards each other and working together as team which is great to see. My friends and I will definitely go back to this amazing hotel. Highly recommended it
