Hoian Sincerity Hotel & Spa Reviews

Tourists staying here must be careful with your belongings to avoid them being stolen! An incident happened during my stay at the hotel. My branded Louis Vuitton scarf was stolen by a room cleaning worker. When I asked the front desk, their explanation was that the worker accidentally took it along with the towels and bed sheets? I was puzzled! The scarf has such a distinctive pattern and different color, how could it be mistaken? After a few hours of searching, they finally returned the scarf to me, but it had been cut and had pilled! I was very disappointed with the cleaning worker, although the front desk lady was very patient and apologized sincerely. This is a hotel strongly recommended by my friend, located in Hoi An city, Vietnam—Hotel Hoi An Sincerity. Indeed, their service is excellent, and the front desk staff are very kind and helpful in dealing with our issues and explaining travel details. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious. I just feel the bed is a bit too old and not very comfortable to sleep on. Overall, I would rate it 7 out of 10.

This is my second visit. I visited before, but the facilities and services were really good, so I visited again. The staff named Hugh and Julie, as well as the people who accepted the luggage, were all friendly. I will make a reservation again next time. Happy new year guys👍🏻

Pros: spacious room, nice and clean hotel. At the reception they will tell you everything and show you everything. Quite far from the old town. But you can take a bike. They are free

It was a 3-day itinerary in Hoi An with the kids. All the staff were friendly and kind. The room condition was good. It was cleaned quickly so it was very comfortable to stay. Anbang Beach and Old Town shuttle are also available. It was nice to have all the massage restaurants nearby. Thank you silvania for being kind until the end!

Best swimming pool I loved it because it was deep. Breakfast is delicious kind and A little old, but great for the price

The hotel room is quite large. Although the hotel is not in Hoi An Ancient Town, the hotel has a shuttle bus that can take guests to the ancient town. You only need to make a reservation with the front desk half an hour in advance. All the ladies at the front desk of the hotel are very welcoming and very nice. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but because the temperature was not suitable for swimming during our stay, we did not go to the swimming pool to experience it.

The pool was really pretty and the room was great for the price. The water was deep, so it was perfect for diving and playing, and there were sunbeds and beach beds, so it was great for resting. If I come to Hoi An, I definitely want to go there again.

The staff was friendly, the room condition was good, and most of all, the breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was also nice. The staff was so friendly that I plan to book again the next time I visit Hoi An.

The people at the front desk spoke Korean well and all services were handled through the front desk, so it was convenient in that respect. The pool water was clean too!

The service is super good, better than the experience in Japan!
