The plug in the bathtub cannot be closed tightly, so you need to keep turning on the faucet to take a bath. The hot water is not hot enough (maybe because the weather is too hot and the guests are afraid of heatstroke! Haha). After communication and understanding, I learned that due to the material of the bathtub, there is no need to turn on the faucet. There was no way to drain the water, and I was worried that someone might drown in the bath, so I specially removed the rubber ring of the drain plug to replace the drainage function. This was a good intention, but it was a test for those of us who love hot baths! So our solution was to wrap the plug with a plastic bag and plug it again. Thanks to the villa staff for their patient explanation, we had a great stay.

I'm so sorry I only spent one night If I had more time, I would want to spend several days there. So friendly and clean~~~ There is also one cute dog haha.

It is the best value for money hotel I booked two rooms for 2 nights and 3 days and rested here It's a block off the road, so it's so quiet both at night and during the day. It's close to Hoi An Night Market, so it takes less than 5 minutes on foot. Above all, the manager is kind and the cute dog guarding the front desk is also friendly, so they come to play in the room on the 2nd floor. Looking at the reviews, they say the breakfast has a lot of likes and dislikes... For this price, this kind of accommodation... I think it's the best I have a history of working in Vietnam for 3 years, so I am confident that I know some Vietnamese and know a little bit about the local provinces. Very nice. Pool is great. Really nice service.

It's very quiet at night. There is a very cute puppy in the hotel. It is also very convenient to walk to Hoi An Ancient Town for 7 minutes. I will stay here again next time. There are also many cheap Vietnamese food restaurants and massage parlors nearby.

It's value for money. Don't look for a cheap hotel, try it here You'll know if you use it.

I didn't take any pictures First of all, it was very quiet and the room was clean. If you cross a bridge, there is a gold and silver room to change money. There was also a central market and a morning market, so it was good to see. My child was sick, but thank you so much for your consideration. Next time, I want to use the first floor room next to the pool. Car entered in front of accommodation, too and was convenient.

After travelling so long experienced this worst place ever…Just wasted time and money…property is unhygienic and not even maintained as it looks in pictures..old and broken furniture….unprofessional staff …so stay away from this property… It looks as if he has some paid review in history..

Looks. Nothing like the pictures, next to it is a building site. The manager was very aggressive because when we turned up and smelt the damp room, saw the broken sunbed chairs and the building site we wanted to leave. He tried to prevent us from leaving by grabbing my wrist and pulling me back in. Police and British consulate are aware.

This is a fabulous place to stay, such great value for money, and awesome hospitality from Wally and the team. The bedroom is HUGE; the bathroom likewise. The outdoor style of the bathroom and bathtub is fabulous. Comfy bed, everything clean, fresh towels daily, and a fridge / kettle. WiFi was good. Pool super. Breakfast included, with a wide range to choose from. Go for a ground floor room, if you can. Easy walking distance to the main part of the town, and grab bikes easily available to take you to the beach at A Bang (recommend the Deck House).

Were here 7 days, very friendly place. Wally is an excellent host and his staff are very nice and prepare a excellent fresh breakfast. Close to old town, 5 minutes walk. 15 by car or taxi to the beach. Mini mart 3 min walk. In a small street far from the city noise.

Such an amazing place to stay while in Hoi An. Close enough to everything you need but also really peaceful to relax and chill if you want that, the host Wally is so friendly and just a really nice guy,. Great breakfast served to start your day and I thoroughly recommend this place.

Brilliant location within easy walking distance of the center. Some good cheap places to eat nearby. Wally the owner is a tour guide himself and can arrange trips for you at a good price. Rooms clean and comfortable. Pool a bonus. All staff brilliant. We would love to go back
