I stayed in the hotel because my company hosted a meeting here. I was here for 6 nights and experienced a lot of what the hotel offered and overall really liked the hotel. My room was located in the main building (building 4) and was large and newly renovated. The weather was very very unseasonably warm the week I was there and there is limited to no air conditioning in the hotel and other facilities. I was told my room didn’t have AC but it was cool and comfortable. Beds and linens were super comfortable. I enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. Something for everyone and very well done. The views from the outside patio was beautiful. Lunch that was offered in the restaurant was also delicious. Our meeting at the hotel was also generally good. None of the meeting rooms in the main hotel building had AC. Our meetings were in the Ascara Spa building and those were newer. Alexandra from the front desk was outstanding. She was gracious about my lack of German and had great recommendations for restaurants and was very kind and helpful. Thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful experience.

A quiet and beautiful hotel near Frankfurt, very friendly staff and great service. You wish a hotel with views rather not suitable, an ideal hotel for business travelers. Check in uncomplicated. Reception not occupied. Key in the box. We had rooms in the backroom. No lift. Rooms with small flat. Bath clean. Deposit area available. Rooms outside, therefore very quiet. Parking possibility at/ behind the house. Breakfast in the main house. Sufficient selection available. Versch. Juices, coffee selection (to be brought to the table), teas, bread and breads (evidently from bakery, no backbroads), div. sauce and cheese, rhein, musliregel, div. salads and vegetables, div. Marmelade, musliregel, cakes/waffles, Croissant ...apart from that the room is a little tightly occupied, we couldn't make it over breakfast. Also there are 2.3 daily newspapers. Very friendly staff!
