Pros: Lovely rooms (two-bedroom) which had everything you needed. Nicely decorated and felt upscale. Hotel was slightly off the main road and rooms were quiet. HCMC roads are busy and noisy!! Small but clean gym, small playground for kids (indoor and outdoor). Pool is big and clean. Restaurant area next to pool. Lobby and reception area is very nice, smells good and has a luxurious feel. Location was good, near the zoo. Cons: only one: breakfast. Vietnamese food is very good but this was the hotel’s weakest link. Limited choice and not that delicious, if you got there after 8.30am almost all the warm food was cold. Hope this can be improved.

Friendly staff and well appointed clean modern apartment with great views. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was spotless and well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. The development also has a Starbucks and grocery store in the Oxygen Mall right next to the Hotel. There are also a couple of other malls within a 5 min taxi ride. Very convenient. We travelled from the airport to hotel via Grab app private hire car and it cost less than VND200k. Inexpensive and convenient. Travel to attractions in the city was fuss free with a daily free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Driver was helpful and friendly. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, including the security at the front door. Special thanks to front desk staff Dennis and housekeeping staff Ngoc and Yloang. Thank you for making my family’s stay comfortable. Highly recommended this hotel.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights. It was very spacious. The furnishings was old but everything was functional. Microwave, Kitchen, washing machine, fridge was very useful. At first we were worried that some of the tours that we had booked may not pick up from this hotel as it was a slightly different location from most hotels, but we were wrong. All the tours offer pick up from this hotel and on top of it all the taxi drivers know this hotel. This is actually a premium location right inbetween the American and French consulate. There is a mini mart on the ground floor and several other grocery stores near by. So eventhough the hotel dont provide breakfast, its not an issue at all. For Indian vegetarians, there a nice resturant Makhan Bhog near by. A few more vegetarion(Gujarat Indian) and vegan(Veggie Saigon) resturants also deliver. We ordered dinner several times via grab which got delivered in 35 to 40 minutes. My son enjoyed playing in the playroom and swimming in the pool. However the TV did not have any English channels. This is something they can improve. But again it did not matter much as we hardly had anytime to watch TV.

I have stayed at Somerset Feliz for quite some time. The security and luggage staff are dynamic and always provide dedicated guidance. The security officer named Linh is the most impressive employee. He is always smiling and speaks good English. My children really like him. The front desk staff is always welcoming and gives you useful information and support to ensure smooth delivery and handling of inquiries. The room is always clean, the cleaning staff, Phuong, always visits and does not hesitate to clean every corner of the room. Thank you everybody.
