Stayed 2 nights here out of 4 nights in saigon. I must say this hotel is more expensive but less than a satisfactory experience. The lobby is much smaller than expected. Rooms are also small and noisy. Neighbor banging doors. kids running outside. outdoor singing non stop until 11 pm. the only positive is the breakfast which is slightly better than Mai house but overall price ratio is still much behind. Maybe more suited to the younger tourists who enjoy loud music and rooftop bar but not for me. Mai house out perform in every way.

At a price of about $20 per day, this is a normal option. District 7 is a little far from the center of Saigon, but it is also not bad in itself. There are parks and private houses nearby, where it is pleasant to walk! You can get to the center by bus (on one) and of course by taxi (it is not so expensive in Vietnam) The apartments are relatively clean (for Asia). The furniture and rooms are not new, but they do not cause a feeling of disgust. It is better to take a room with 1 bedroom. It is just that the studio is very compact in size. The rooms in this hotel are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The service staff is warm and polite. The surrounding environment is beautiful and the atmosphere is warm. Overall, it is a very pleasant stay.

The room is spacious, the bathroom water pressure is very good. Beddings and towels can be changed upon request only. Since the hotel location is near the night bars, the sounds can be heard in our rooms. But overall, the front desk staff are all approachable and courteous. Definitely, it is recommendable to my friends if they want horwl accomodation. The price per night is affordable and one more thing shops like foodstuff, souvenir shops, bars coffee shops, massage and beauty salons are all accessible near this hotel. We had a great experience in staying in the hotel. Its Clean, comfy and quite at night. a lot of Korean restaurants nearby. Hotel also have this nail art at the lobby which my wife liked so much. Thank you Punna for the great customer service and to the owner that feels us very welcome to their hotel. Great Hotel! will definitely comeback again with our children.

The location is perfect for going to Chatuchak. I was planning to go there for a day, so it was convenient to be right next to it. The room is almost full of beds lol. There is no space to open your trunk, so you can store it under the bed. The bathroom and toilet are clean. The photo is of the night market on Friday.
