Exceptional service - staff are always attentive to our needs and very helpful. Make great recommendations for sightseeing, transport, food etc. Room has an excellent view of the city and even from the bathtub! Bath salt is also provided. Good location and walking distance to many places but we took Grab most of the time as the rides are inexpensive and the drivers always reach within 5 mins. I will not hesitate to stay at Pullman if I am in HCMC.

Thanks for giving me nice experience. Staffs they can speak English so I felt safe and comfortable to stay. Not dirty at all. Stay at 2322, floor of the executive lounge Special thanks to the receptionist with black-rimmed glasses. When I use out of hot water to make my own coffee and am going to take the elevator to the 1st floor to get some drink, though just out of the executive lounge’s operation hours, she is very nice to provide the hot coffee to me directly. She is a very caring , polite and keen. Such a employee is a treasure in the retailing business

Beautiful hotel with plush furnishings. Hotel rooms were super nice and very comfortable beds. Location couldn't be better - it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do or a short ride over for anything further out. Food at the restaurant was great too. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The best part of our stay were the staff. They were the nicest, most hospitable and friendly people that went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we were having a great time. We regretted not hugging every single person that went out of their way to look after us (it was all of them). We'll be back!

Policy lousy.. We booked 2 rooms for 4 ppl .. At first we registered our child plus 1 adult for one room yet the child no stay and we want to change 2 adult per room , just 2 hours difference , staff requested us pay extra fee another 200000vnd for exchanging person .. Its really ridiculous as staff told registered on system so should be the same person .. We feel like as robbery in day time .. This is also last time we booked this hotel ..The way 2 guys front dest talk aslo unfriendly when we keep asking and he told us *** pls let me talk first the u talk ok**** hello we came here to stay and pay not come for free.. Totally love this hotel, for the priced I was offered the smallest room at the highest level, 7.. however as someone with a large, heavy luggage, there were some flight of stairs that i had to take to access to the next building, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase on my own.. Room is very much 95% soundproof which helps a great deal!

This hotel was recommended to me by a barman in another part of the city and I’m glad he did. Excellent little hotel in a really nice street just off Vui Bien. Lots of good bars / restaurants / cafes on the street. Basic rooms but clean and superb for the price. Reception staff very helpful with passable English. Would definitely stay again when in HCMC.

Take a taxi from the airport to around 135K. You can take a bus to Fanwu Lao Street, but it's very slow. The hotel is not far from the main attractions, just walking.

Location was great, slightly removed from the city centre so was a nice walk in to the markets along the park. Close to the party street and lots of food options nearby.

I recommend this property, cheap and clean, very milenial. Location perfect, only walking distance to Bui Vien Street (but very quiet at night) and some tourist attaractions. The receptionist was very nice, helpful, and smiley, he helped us a lot (except for the shorter guy who always have night shifts, he's a little like the 'i dont care' guy hahaha). When we were checking-in, the hotel owner came to help us with the check-in process andbdeliver our luggage to the room, he was super kind and he even takes us to the best money changer to exchange our money, and we ate dinner at his restaurant in front of the hotel, he accompanied us till the dinner finished. we couldnt be more thankful. And look forward to stay at this hotel again.

Quiet hostel situated in the backpackers’ area of district 1 in an alley full of several other hostels not far from the nightlife of Bui Vien. Originally booked 4 nights at Long Hostel, but after a mistake on Expedia’s part, I arrived at 1am with no confirmed booking. The staff there directed me to Khoi Hostel directly across instead, and I had a pleasant experience with no complaints. I stayed in a private double with en suite bathroom that was clean, larger than expected, and included AC, fan, mini fridge, and reliable hot water for the shower. There was free breakfast every morning and the staff helped me arrange tours for the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall I had a great stay at Khoi Hostel and am quite happy I was sent there after my original booking didn’t work out.
