Song Anh 3 Hotel

i booked and paid online with Song Anh 3 hotel with window. But when i reached the hotel, i was given a room without a window, telling me all window rooms fully booked. I was surprised and upset with the lady at counter. Instead a young man at counter was kind enough to offer me to stay at Song Anh 1 hotel at another location nearby which is more expensive. However during first night there, i could not sleep soundly because the 2 pillows were hard and has a strange terrible perfume smell on them which irriated me alot. I had to use a towel to cover them. Also the kettle was dirty inside with something like noodle was sticked on its base. That leave me without any hot water to drink. At 5.30am the next day, I could hear outside my room, some women walking up and down the staircase, talking loudly along the way, children shouting and playing outside my room. I stayed on 6th floor unit 602. It was a terrible nightmare and I decided to leave this hotel the next day. It is not worth the high price to pay for.

Great location right by the heart of the city and yet a bit off from the noisy party places. Opposite to metro station and walking distance from Sigon river.

The Location was great. The staff was also friendly. When there were bugs in the room, they got rid of them.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The room is big suitable for 3 people stay. The facilities is great! They have fridge, lcd tv, some amenities. And hot n cold shower. The hotel is located near the malaysian street which we call a shopping district and also near the ben tanh market... good location, a 24h convinience store nearby. Easy access via grab

Suppose I booked big room but my family said room small. Perhaps photo misleading

Value for my money. Great location. Cannot expect much for the cheap price.
