I booked this place for a while, and they gave you check-in details the day prior and updated the room number and key codes for self check-in the day of your check-in. I had asked if we could leave our luggage in the lobby since we had an early arrival on our flight, but check-in was strictly enforced to be at 2 PM, which was understandable and ok. I had asked if we could possibly check-in early, but they had a guest the day prior, so it was not possible. It was nice that we were able to store our luggage. However, when we arrived at 2 PM, the room was not made up, a complete mess, and smelled funny. I asked them when they were going to clean it and they said soon, whatever the heck that meant. We had somewhere to go at 3 PM, and I was not comfortable leaving our luggage unattended for that long or in the dirty room, so we booked another last minute hotel elsewhere. They were nice about giving us a full refund, but hell... it sucks to have to find a place at the last minute in an unfamiliar city. We had to pay for another taxi to get to the other hotel, so it was more additional cost. Even if the room was made up, it didn't have a good feel to it, the couch was stained, and it was muggy in there. I wouldn't recommend staying here. You get what you pay for, I guess. Pay a little more NOT to stay here.
