The hotel facilities are excellent, with a well-equipped gym. The breakfast is very diverse and satisfying. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. convenience store 50meters away. excellent hotel.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of District 3 in Ho Chi Minh City, Sila Urban Living stands as a chic and functional haven, making it an ideal rest stop for adventurous travelers. Conveniently situated, a Family Mart around the corner and a lively bar at the hotel's doorstep create an atmosphere frequented by both locals and tourists, especially in the evenings.
Arriving at 8 pm after a slight immigration delay, check-in was effortless. No hotel deposit was required, but guest passports were necessary for verification. The staff, proficient in English, contributed to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Opting for a regular room, we were pleasantly surprised by its vastness—approximately 1.5 times the size of most hotels in Singapore and reminiscent of a one-bedroom condo. The room's cleanliness was noteworthy, complemented by room slippers and a set of basic toiletries. The bathroom's bidet was a pleasant bonus.
The air conditioning proved efficient, swiftly cooling the room after our city explorations. Sila Urban Living boasts an impressive gym featuring a pool up to 1.8 meters, a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi, providing ample relaxation options for guests.
While my boyfriend struggled with the neighboring rooster's midnight crowing, average sleepers like myself were undisturbed by the sounds.
Sila Urban Living captivates with its prime location, reasonable price point, and excellent amenities. It's a highly recommended choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Thanks for warm welcome, professional and friendly service,
Well equipped with all you need for a home away from home, clean modern and well designed.
Pool is also nice just too shallow but still can swim.
So many food and coffee/ bar options around and also supermarket for any grocery.
Special thanks to front desk staff to collect charger I left in room upon checkout- highly appreciated!

We’ve been staying there for about 10 days, room is clean, equipped with a tiny kitchen with sink, microwave and induction cooker, cutleries and plates and necessaries equipment for simple cooking.
We stayed at floor 14 - love the city view, you can actually open the sliding door/window to feel the city vibe.
They have this high island table with 2 high chairs, a coffee table and one person reading sofa. Most of the time, I’ll be working from the sofa, the high island just felt too high for me to work with, with their stone surface, it felt so cold.
Amenities are basic, nothing fancy. Water pressure not very stable and they were broken on the second day, but the team fixed them immediately, seems like a problem that the service team familiar with.
Gym is fancy and high tech, you can connect your phone with their equipment with bluetooth, also you can refill water with your own bottle at gym. Sauna is available but I didn’t try them during my stay.
Breakfast buffet variable is limited, but everything is on point. There will be at least 3 course (mostly congee, noodles and meat), breads (baguette and white bread), cold cut, house-made yogurts with house-made jams and fruits.
Also, you can order noodles or omelette a la cart with coffee or your choice.
Service is friendly and attentive.
Location is near to multiple eateries and convenience store by walking distance.
My favorite fine dine nearby : Hoa Tuc Saigon and Home Saigon
There are also laundry service that can pick up from hotel - F5 laundry, price is reasonable and fast service.
