Aladdin Hotel and Apartment

1/ Small, dirty room, everything is dirty (the kettle inside is black, I asked the receptionist to change it because I have to boil water to make milk for my baby, I needed to change 2 because the kettle in Mom's room was also dirty, in the end I searched for a long time and only found 1 clean one, the rest were just as dirty as the old one), the floor still had hair from the previous guest, the TV, tables, chairs and doors had a thick layer of dust, if I swiped my hand, it would be black; toilet paper in the toilet also had to ask the receptionist then the receptionist gave it @@ intending to grab my hand to wipe or something 2/ TV signal is poor, turn on cartoons for the baby to watch, open for hours but still can't turn on 3/ n*** both bottles of water in the room also charge, normally the hotel will give 2 bottles of water for free to guests, luckily I asked in advance so I didn't drink and bought it myself, it's more enjoyable 4/ Room rate is cheap, but overtime fee is expensive, 100k/hour, 20-30 minutes more still charge 100k, in other hotels they usually give free for guests if check out time is 0-30 minutes, 30 minutes or more is charged 1 hour 5/ The receptionist when I checked in helped me book a grab, I'm very grateful, the receptionist when I checked out gave me a feeling that she wasn't very friendly, normally the receptionist would stand up to talk to guests, but in this hotel she sat still in one place answering guests, feeling not being warmly welcomed when staying at this hotel Probably because I'm a bit picky, please understand.
