It's too biased. The good reviews are all out of Ho Chi Minh City. It's inconvenient to go anywhere. It's not easy to even call a taxi. There are bugs in the room. It's so scary. I booked it for two days and had to cancel the next day. The merchant's service is poor and they won't give you a refund. In short, whoever decides will regret it.

The experience of staying at Fide Hotel for two nights was far below expectations and the price/performance ratio was not high. First of all, the decoration of the hotel is obviously inferior and is quite different from the pictures on the website. This inconsistency makes people feel deceived. The room facilities are basic and far from the level advertised by the hotel. What is even more dissatisfying is that although there are almost no items worth checking in the room, they are still asked to wait for room inspection when checking out. This not only wastes the guests' precious time, but also reflects the hotel's distrust of the guests. In addition, the overall performance of the service is unsatisfactory and lacks the enthusiasm and efficiency it deserves.
