Very good taste of classy interior.
Seems like this hotel is located in a big landed house area. There were a couple of fancy looking residence around the hotel.

Due to work needs, I have been to this city many times. Other five-star hotels have never been treated differently. Don't be fooled by the hotel's online pictures. First of all, there are mosquitoes in the hotel room. The arrogant response given by the hotel customer service is that it is normal to have mosquitoes around flowers, plants and trees, and two mosquito swatters and a bottle of floral water are sent in regardless of your stay experience. The largest suite room is also very small. The hotel front desk will first warmly welcome French guests when checking in. When we checked in, it was very perfunctory and kept asking my Vietnamese friend what the relationship is with us and whether he can speak English. There are no restaurants around the hotel. The shopping mall is very remote. When the takeaway is sent in for the hotel to sign and arrange for the room to be delivered, the noodles are already cold and cannot be eaten. The hotel has a total of three floors and no elevator. Guests with suitcases will be very tired. The hotel customer service threatened me to check out in the middle of the night because I wanted to cancel the next room. This is overseas discrimination that I have never encountered.
