Despite me constantly warning that I would complain, I waited in the lobby with my two children for 40 minutes, feeling hot, sleepy and hungry. Finally, a security guard with a look of disgust and without any courtesy took us through the lobby to the outdoor room card storage box to pick up the room card. It was really infuriating, as it was already past 10 o'clock in the evening. Secondly, I would like to complain about the indifference of the front desk staff. As a staff member, she knew exactly where the room card was, but she was unwilling to provide any help. She just told me in broken English that I should call the store myself and she could not help us. Third, after staying for two nights, no one came to clean the room. They just gave you a room card and left you to fend for yourself. Fourth, after I checked out of the hotel, they kept sending me messages asking me how many room cards had been returned to their original places. I was only given one room card in total. How many room cards did you provide? Don’t you have the count yourself? He keeps asking questions, which is really weird. The above is my real experience. Please avoid it on your own, it is absolute rubbish! I have been to more than a dozen countries in Europe and the United States, and have never had such a terrible experience. When I woke up in the morning, the view outside the window was so pretty. The interior of the hotel was luxurious and comfortable. The bed was so soft that I slept well. The staff was friendly and they processed my requests quickly. It was a much better experience for the price than other hotels!
