We car checking earlier and check out late be promotion room, it is best view in HO CHI MINH City I ever stay. Excellent, nice view and luxury apartment.

The place was very well located and clean, right next toi a large shopping centre. Staff was generally responsive.
However, toilet flush was not functioning well all the time and that marred the experience. It's not easy to find the exact location but they do send a staff down to bring you to the exact apartment.

I have never had such a bad experience and will never stay here again. This is the first time my luggage has been stolen!
1. The check-in process was confusing: There was no specific location for guests to check in. We had to contact the host to check in by ourselves, but since we didn't have a Vietnamese phone number, this was very inconvenient. I saw that there were other guests who were as helpless as us, but the staff on the scene did not offer any help. Finally, a person who seemed to be an agent helped us contact the landlord, and the landlord finally arrived half an hour after the call.
2. The room hygiene is poor and the environment is shabby: The room hygiene is very poor and very dusty. We had to clean it ourselves before we could use it. The TV was broken, and the worst thing was that the door lock was broken. We had to push the cabinet behind the door every day before we could sleep.
3. Extremely low security: This is the most outrageous thing! During the check-in process, the luggage was stolen for no reason. I informed one of the security guards downstairs, but his attitude was very bad and he ignored me. Finally, I informed another security guard and asked him to contact the agent. Half an hour later, a girl who we didn’t know brought our luggage back and told the security guard that the cleaner had taken it away. She left without saying a word to us or even an apology. The point is that we hadn't checked out yet, and the cleaner only stole one of our luggage.
4. The building staff lacks training: I still don’t understand why that person stole our luggage? The girl claimed that the cleaner took our luggage while cleaning, but when we returned to the room to check, we didn't find that he had cleaned anything for us, and he didn't even emptied the trash can. It's obvious they are lying.
