Horrible!
It is a two years old condo, but it is poorly maintained. The photos and the real property is different. Dirty and old everywhere that caused our holiday in Ho Chi Minh to have a poor start and bad experience.
The price is overpriced. It should be half of the price for the conditions. Have complained to Trip but nothing is done or improved.
I will never book any home stay from trip any more. The handling is horrible and deceiving.

Clean and spacious. The view at night is amazing tho. It’s right on Co Giang Street which has many food options. The elevator is very efficient as well. If you do the laundry, the clothes will dry within 4 hours.

Conveniently located in District 1 with a lot of nearby cheap food options. The room is cozy, albeit with signs of wear and tear. It has a homey vibe and comfortable with basic necessities. The host was nice and communicates in a timely manner. Highly satisfied and will consider booking again next time.

I am very satisfied with this apartment! Located in the heart of District 1, it’s extremely convenient for commuting and enjoying nearby amenities. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
The landlord and staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything, from minor issues to more important matters. This is truly an ideal place to stay—both convenient and cozy.

This is a must-choose place when coming to Ho Chi Minh City because it is simply wonderful. The entire apartment building is very professional, fully equipped with high quality amenities suitable for short-term stays such as business or tourism and long-term stays. The central location is extremely convenient to attractions, restaurants, and helps save on transportation costs. I went on a short business trip and had an extremely satisfying experience. In particular, the host Mr. Yu Fee is very professional, responsive, attentive and responsive to most of my requests. In addition, he also provides very useful tour services and reasonable prices. Highly recommend host Yu Fee to everyone when coming to Saigon
