This location is definitely the most beautiful place in Saigon. Right next to District 1, just cross the bridge to get there. The building has just opened, the room is very new, the interior is quite nice, spacious and airy

It's a noisy place, you definitely won't be able to get enough sleep, but the views are gorgeous and the apartment is excellent (even though they put us in a different one, not the one I booked) - for this, a minus, since they warned us about force majeure a day before check-in, when we were already at the airport and needed to fly and fly for more than 13 hours, there was not much energy to solve issues about changing housing. Because of this, we experienced a lot of stress after arrival, since until the last moment we did not know where we would be accommodated and whether we would be accommodated at all, and a refund for the booking was already not provided. For this, I put a big minus and dissatisfaction with the service and support throughout the entire stay. I wanted to visit the pool, when I asked how to do this - ignored. In terms of service, you will have to be very nervous before you get what you want)

There is a big gap between the room hardware and the pictures, the bedding has many wrinkles, and the washing method and hygienic condition are worrying. There was no service at all. Since I arrived late, there were three rooms, and the building card was not prepared in advance. There was only one room. The reception staff was very impatient and they could only check in after repeated communication. The WeChat communication staff are quite arrogant and think their apartment is great. In fact, in China it is just a B&B, which is a one-bedroom apartment. It is recommended not to choose a similar room type.
