This stay was a major disappointment from the start. Upon arrival, the lobby had a foul smell, which set a bad tone immediately. I discovered that my room didn’t match what I had booked, only to be informed that the apartment building shown in the photos wasn't permitted for short-term rentals, so I was moved to a different, much older, rundown property.
The issues just kept piling up. The room lacked basic amenities—no detachable shower head, only a rain shower, which isn’t practical for everyone. The toilet flush didn’t work, and I was told I'd have to wait until 6 a.m. for any help, which was unacceptable. I ended up leaving and booking a different place because staying without a functioning toilet is simply out of the question.
This place is not a hotel or serviced apartment as advertised—it’s just an Airbnb disguised as one, with none of the expected quality or professionalism. The owner refused to provide a refund and only offered a 10% discount, which doesn’t come close to compensating for this awful experience. I would strongly advise against staying here.
