It's a nice place with a good location, but they charge extra for room cleaning or even just to change the sheets. Pictures show they have a washing machine in the room, but it's been removed, and now they charge you to wash clothes instead. It's a nice place and a great location, but a lot of what's advertised is misleading, and they charge extra for things you normally get for no extra charge at other hotels.

What you see if what you get. Spacious, clean, new, very friendly staff.

Comfortable room, great hospitality, equipment is sufficient. We stayed two night, hostel staff are very kind, they help us a lot of things. And if you want them futon in advance, they will give you a futon, and that was cool.

Very convenient with kind service. Full furniture is good for long stay. 10 minute walk to walking street is good for me to enjoy then return to relax at clam hotel.

It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and greeted me often. The rooms were very clean and well-cleaned. You could watch YouTube on the TV in the room, and it was equipped with a washing machine and a kitchen, so it was a normal level of living. It's impossible to stay in a hotel of this quality at this price in Japan. Overall, I was very satisfied. However, I found three cockroaches in my three nights and four days, so if you're sensitive, you should avoid staying. However, I think this should be tolerated in a hot country like Vietnam.

Thank you for staying for 4 nights! First of all, it was a little hard to find the location 🥲 I ended up going around in circles 🌀 The surrounding area is quite local It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the bustling area. I think the room is pretty clean! There were 4 towels for 4 nights! All different sizes lol But they smelled nice and were clean! There is no partition between the bath and the toilet, so it's a bit of a hassle at first, but I got used to it. There were 4 toothpastes! There was no washing machine, but there was a microwave, water heater, and refrigerator! There was also a wide selection of cutlery! I was grateful that there were scissors. The best thing about it was being able to watch YouTube! ՞ ̥_ ̫ _ ̥՞♡ The service was good and they were kind enough to deal with any problems I had! They were just so kind! They even let me use my folding umbrella,, I exchanged LINE IDs so I could contact them 24 hours a day, which was reassuring I felt like it was a good place to stay for such a cheap price! Thank you very much!

Guests staying 2-4 nights should change the bed sheets & blankets & clean, for that amount of money I could book another hotel with good service but with the above, I hope the manager will pay attention to that issue
