This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that I have given a negative review. When I checked in, a bunch of ants were opened in the refrigerator. I asked to change the room and it was not a room of the same price. Of course I was unwilling to change. When I went to sleep at night, I found that the quilt and bed were full of bugs. Service After the staff came and simply changed the sheets, there were still bugs. I broke out in red rash the next day. I didn't bother to tell them. Anyway, I won't stay again.

When I came back to Easter Island, I found a transitional hotel and looked at hotels in other areas. Although it was better, taking a taxi back and forth was expensive. It's only a 10-minute walk from the New First Airport. I chose to stay here because I had an early morning flight. The distance is relatively close, but they charged me 2,000,000 VND, which is understandable.

Facilities: Looking at the introduction, I thought it was a hotel with relatively new and clean facilities that opened in 2023. Not to mention the cracked and yellowed wallpaper on the storefront. What is unacceptable is that there are many TV cabinets in the house! a lot of! red ants, and even a few crawled onto the bed. Fortunately, the service attitude was good. According to feedback, the red ants on the bed were dealt with, but the red ants next to the TV cabinet were still there.

Environment: It is unrealistic to walk near the airport. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi in a small alley and the road is full of potholes.
