The property was not clean at all, was not cleaned properly after last guests, also was given a room without a balcony that we paid for, they where very unhappy about moving us, I cannot express how unsanitary the room was, tjey are advertised as a luxury apartment not even close....the are comfortable thats all I can say..sorry

Unable to check in hotel
Arrive at the hotel early in the morning, put down your luggage and go out
When it was time to check in, I was told that the room I originally booked was no longer available.
The solution is completely intended to force customers to choose, but does not intend to actually solve the problem. In the end, I can only solve the problem by myself.
I tried to find the person in charge of the hotel, but there was no one to deal with it.
It takes hours to force a refund, a waste of time
