It was my first time in Tokyo. The location is quite convenient in that it only takes 2 minutes to the airport and a Lawson downstair. It can check in by AI which shortens the queuing time. The staff welcomed us warmly and professionally. The room is comfortable and I would re-book next time!

Ok for one night. I would suggest to use your own towel. There are definitely better options in the area.

Aircon not cool. Most of rooms with mosquito. I book 3 rooms, all my friend complain mosquito bite. Despite complain to counter but refused to change the room.

It's within walking distance of the airport and there's a convenience store nearby, so it's a convenient location. I walked to the hotel with a large suitcase on the way there, but there wasn't much pedestrian space, so it was difficult. A taxi from the airport costs less than 500 yen, so I recommend taking a taxi.
Also, I was given two bottles of water when I checked in.
There were no problems with the water facilities.
