It is not my first time to choose this hotel for my stay in HCM city. The overall service is excellent. Staffs are polite and helpful. Can help me book the restaurants i would like to visit. Help booking car to the airport. The location is terrific, nice restaurants n convenient stores are step by distance.

For the price I paid, this hotel is definitely good value for money.
Service at the front desk is good.
Location wise, it’s convenient. Opposite the hotel is Japanese street and you can visit most attractions within 15mins walk.
The only downside is their toilet design and maintenance. I don’t understand why do they make the toilet so small when the room is big.
I also suggest the hotel to look into the cleanliness of the bathing area.

The room is clean and spacious. Very good location with F&B and amenities nearby. The hotel staff are sincere and helpful. Overall a good stay and will definitely choose to stay here if I come back again.

Clean and modern hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to many tourist attractions and the staff speak great English and are very helpful.

New and clean hotel. The sound proofing of the room is awesome! No traffic noise despite the busy horning street. Service staff is attentive, proactive and able to communicate in english. Location is awesome, with a 7-11 directly next to it, and lots of eatery within walking distance to the popular 4ps, royal seafood, miumiu spa.

Very nice hotel, rooms were comfortable, love the huge king bed, nice wardrobe corner with hairdryer, slippers were provided, rooms are very spacious, water pressure for shower was good, toiletries are great as well. Very value for money. My room of the city view can even see the river. Next to Japan town with lots of food options and beside there is a popular bar in Lancaster. Only bad thing is when it rains there is no shelter to the hotel from car drop off point.

Great location and spacious room! Very good value for money. Many restaurants just outside the hotel. Higher floors have better river view. Only criticism was the room service a bit irregular and missed one day off my 4 nights stay.

It’s a nice experience in this hotel.

Best room, good shower, toilet, good service, good breakfast, good swimming pool, good laundry, good spa, massage, Japanese’s restaurants and Pho are the best in town, HCMC is the best !

It is a renovated hotel. The location is just opposite the Japanese street.
