This hotel was nothing like the pictures. Do not book in here. We were on the last part of our trip and thought we were booking a lovely 3 bedroom apartment to spend the last 3 nights of our 3 week holiday. What a disappointment. Trip.com refunded our money but not til after we got home.

The host didn't inform us in advance through email that the room we booked was not available due to maintenance issues. They informed us on the day of our check-in. They transferred us to another condo unit that was quite far from Vinhome Central Park, somewhere in District 4. It was a hastle on our part because our event was held near Vinhome area. We went on our own to the new condo unit they offer without offering us a car for the transfer. But in fairness, the new condo unit they offer was good and a nice view from our room, but no utilities avaiable if you want to cook.
