The moment we came, we have to wait for 15mins for the receptionist to come when they stated that check in counter is available for 24hrs. I booked a deluxe room (MANGO) with a city view but gave us different (GUAVA) room instead. When I ask for receptionist he said they will transfer as the next day but they didnt. It would have been a pleasant stay if they gave us what we booked.

nice standards for room and bathroom combined with excellent location within reach for so many avenues, eating parlors, and services. cleanliness and good smelling from wall-to-wall. accommodation from staff hard to forget. outstanding hot water, cool air provisioning enhanced with first class toiletries and very fulfilling breakfast. expect the room to be a bit small albeit provided with a large, well-maintained bed; i.e. a place to come back to anytime you like to stay in Ben Thanh SG

When I arrived there was no one, I texted them on WhatsApp and after 20 minutes the person came. I was told my room's toilet is having some issues, so I was moved to another room. The room itself is pretty alright, but lots of dated elements, especially in the bathroom. The second day there was no room cleaning whatsoever, but I asked for a water refill (they have glass water), and they happily did this. The location is great, but I initially had issues finding the place. Also there is no night parking aside just leaving a bike in front of the entrance, but it is not guarded at night. WiFi was terrible also. During the checkout I received a little gift, which was pleasant. Overall it is a decent place for the money, but don't expect much.

We was suppose to check in at coucou 2 homestay. However when we reach there , the door is closed and no one is there and contact number wasn’t working. After 15mins, 2people come to the place and told me that there isn’t any of our booking. After I showed my booking confirmation , they said that there is some issue with our stay which mistakenly accepted by their new admin and ask us to move to Coucou 1 which is 10mins drive from there. Since we have no choice at that time (at night 9pm) we have to accept that . When we reach to the place the room that we get is sharing bathroom and very run down room with super hard bed. Whole night we could not sleep as it is too much of noise from toilet and people walking around since toilet is next to our room. This was the worse ever experience. I won’t recommend any of Coucou to anyone. By the way, there isn’t any breakfast too.

Room is big though location is not so ok.

The room was very clean, Staff Quynh supported me to the best of her ability. When my car broke down, he helped me take the car to the shop to fix it and supported me a lot. I'm very grateful to her. Hotel n*** is centrally located near Bui Vien, nearby there are many delicious night eateries.

Convenient, clean, spacious and comfortable room, surrounded by many restaurants, very convenient

Stayed here for 1 night, the room is compact, comfortable furniture, clean bathroom, fully air-conditioned, TV, wifi works ok. The hotel's people are cheerful, enthusiastic, and have good service attitudes. Next time I have a chance to come here, I will continue to support!!!

The view, location and balcony were very nice. The room was large and spacious.

The front desk is always empty except for checking in. No one knows anything.

Already booked and paid; there was no one at the counter when I arrived; I waited for an hour; the person at the counter said there was no room; the booking was successful and the payment was made; it was also stated that refunds were not allowed; but how could it be sold online without a room; the total cost I spent the entire night; it’s really too bad; the hotel staff didn’t even say sorry; they simply bullied the kindness of foreigners; this hotel really shouldn’t be promoted to other travelers
