Fantastic little gem right by the airport. Rooftop Pool, Bar and Restaurant was amazing. Great for Plane Spotters who enjoy watching planes land and takeoff. Rooms were comfortable, Beds were great. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is owned by a wonderful, sweet family! If you need help, they will always help. The hotel is very clean, no insects. The rooms are cleaned. The linen is changed every few days. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! I recommend the hotel. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

This is a nice hotel - no fancy frills - with a decent breakfast and good location for heading out to explore parts of the city. On a one-way street, so was a bit inefficient for getting a ride/Grab at times when traffic was heavy. But felt fine walking even at night. Comfortable room with lots of natural light. Make sure to double-check the laundry prices (document with photos, etc.) as we experienced a pretty shocking bait--and-switch at check-out that they refused to address - be warned!

The hotel is very basic. However rooms are very nice, clean with a safe. At $40 a night you can’t ask for anymore. I was told some hotels in the area offer breakfast at same price. Staff good and friendly but lacking in English ( I am in Vietnam!!). So really a very good room only place with nice bathroom. Note: you have to negotiate about 12 steps to get into and out of hotel. If that’s a concern don’t stay here

The staff are very polite and attends to guests' needs promptly. The location of the hotel is 3-5 mins walk from ben thanh market and within 10-15mins walk from most eateries/coffeehouse/bubble tea store. If u need a fat american breakfast, macdonalds and kfc is within 15mins walk. Nearest convenient store is ministop followed by g25 and family mart (in that order).

We arrived super early to check in due to an early flight. We were allowed up by the pool to chill out and the lady met us and explained we was rushing the clean for us so we could get in early and let us store our bags. Whole thing was so smoothly run and the pool is cold! The first cold pool we’ve come across in Vietnam and it’s just the best! The apartment block it’s in is so quiet perfect to relax in. You have a washing machine in case you want to do any washing. Has a small kitchen so you can cook some basics and save yourself a bit of money. Can’t fault it!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from my window was stunning. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. I will certainly return on my next trip to this vibrant city.

I really liked the hotel when I entered the room because of its environmental friendliness, minimizing the use of plastic items. The operator was also very nice and supportive until he met the BUTLER. I don't know if it's because of Uncle's personality or what. From the moment I walked in, checked my documents until I walked out to check out, I felt very uncomfortable by Uncle's frown. Sincere feedback for your side to improve the service, but I'm really annoyed with the Butler's support, his attitude is even worse than the airport Customs. So I probably won't come back and won't recommend this place to my friends anymore.

For the price, you can’t beat it. This hotel is a distance away from district 1 but that’s exactly why I wanted to stay here. It’s nowhere near as busy and it has all the amenities you’d expect from a nice hotel. It has an awesome gym with decent equipment, a great view of the city with a rooftop pool, and best of all it’s very affordable. I recommend to anyone who is staying in Ho Chi Minh City.
